The Mobile Shop

On March 2nd, 2024, I stopped by The Mobile Shop on Dougall Ave to switch cell phone providers, but keep my number. I was told that my temporary number would switch over to my current number in about an hour, but there was no change after four hours, so I stopped by the Mobile Shop on Malden Rd around 3:30pm in the afternoon, which is closer to home. Santiago and team were very friendly and helpful. They restarted the entire process of switching cell phone providers and asked to return if my number did not switch over again, so they could take next steps to ensure that it did. After one hour, I was under my new provider with the same number. While the Mobile Shop on Malden Rd may not have had my business this morning, they do get the credit for successful doing what I had asked for. My family and I will be returning here for all our cell phone needs moving forward. Thank you Santiago and team, enjoy your chips!

UPDATE: On March 17th, Shubham was very friendly and helpful in cancelling my current monthly plan under one provider and changing it to another monthly plan for the same price, but under a provider with more reliable network coverage. He was very knowledgeable about phone plans, explained them in a way you would understand, and took the time to understand the circumstances of my phone usage and what I was looking for in order to recommend a plan that would be suitable to my needs. He even encouraged me to return if I had any questions about my plan or the payment process moving forward. The service here at the Mobile Shop on Malden Rd. is phenomenal and I recommend it to anyone for their phone needs!

I just got my best offer so far and paying even less then what i was paying before and I got new iPhone 14 and 100gb data. This deal was crazy all thanks to great guys working here Santi and shubh. I came initially to get new phone from Fido to stay in Fido. They gave this new offer which is cheaper and far better. On top of that now I'm with Rogers with my same number. Must try visiting them they will get you a deal even better you lookin for.

Some of the best customer service around! My family of 5 drove almost a hour away to deal with Brianna and the gentleman beside her (sorry I forget your name!) to get our phones. Spent the much deserved time with everyone and explained Everything throughly. No pushy sales pitches, went through each plan and what fit our needs. If your looking to get a phone plan, don’t think twice, head to Mobile Shop Lasalle. Worth the drive! We will be back!

Upgraded my cellphone to a newer one. Brianna was very helpful and patient. She is a wonderful representative of TMS.

One recommendation though: TMS should invest in reliable internet. Relying on spotty WiFi is an inefficient tool for the staff to use in their every-day responsibilities.
