5 stars for the overworked employees. Its proximity to downtown Wyandotte and Bishop Park keeps it busy, but they staff a skeleton crew so the turnover is high even by industry standards.

The ownership or supervisors scheduling should work a shift during peak to get an idea what they subject new hires to and staff accordingly.

I went around 3pm and therefore wasn’t a lot to choose from. But staff was friendly and fast

Ok. My experience was amazing. They were short staff and totally slammed. The two young men working stayed positive and provided excellent service. They forgot a avocado toast we ordered…we weren’t going to say anything because it was so busy but I looked up and here comes one of the guys from behind the counter with the toast. He realized he has forgotten. The owners should know how lucky they are to have such great staff

Very nice place to stop and have a meal or a snack. They were very clean and helpful, and my food was excellent. I know chains are hard to rate because each one can be different, but this one was very good and in a beautiful setting.

I bring my elderly aunt here for coffee whenever we go out. It's her favorite place for coffee. It's always fresh and if it's not, they brew it fresh for her. Staff is always friendly and no matter how long the drive thru line is, it always moves quickly. They always have fresh donuts too.

Very friendly service. Although there was one person running the front counter he did a great job of watching who was next in line so customers could look at rhe menu. Food was good Although they were out of kettle chips. Such is life. 😆 🤣

They are fast and have great coffee. Only time the orders messed up is when I send the boyfriend and he tries to make "healthier" choices for me. It's an epic fail but at least he tries right? Will return daily for our morning cup of Jo

Always count on a long line but that’s because they always seem to have the freshest coffee out of the Timmy’s in the area.

They hardly ever get the order wrong. Taste great. Miss the pretzel bagel on their turkey bacon club. And their ice cream. Stopped serving thar over a year ago.

Absolute best place for coffee and tea around. It’s always good and they even make my wife a drink she can’t get anywhere else. The service is amazing and the cashiers are always pleasant. They never miss a beat, even during this pandemic.

My daughter and I went in to kill some time and have a snack. I got their old fashioned plain donut and my daughter got the strawberry cheesecake muffin and mocha ice cappuccino. The coffee was hot and fresh, donut perfect, her drink was made just right, and OMG was that muffin fantastic! You have to try one!!

I can't even begin to tell you how many coffees I've had from Tim's, but I can tell you that they are delicious every time. The food is pretty good too - they're expanding their menu and offering a lot more than just donuts and bagels. Go! Check it out now!

Absolutely amazing place, the workers are so amazing. Especially Allison she really knows how to make that chili cookin. It's always fresh and definitely tastes homemade, not like it's from a bag, frozen.
