The young gentleman who helped me and has helped me many times when I have visited the store is the best worker I've ever dealt with and he deserves that recognition Orland Metro
Is awesome! My only complaint is that they get their new number on the Google site when it gives you the hours he finally gave it to me in the store but Metro should have the right number on its website cuz it makes it difficult if you don't know the number to call.

Came in because my newly activated line wasn’t working after going to a different location.The rep here got it to work within 1 minute. Great service!

My experience at this store was the most beautiful experience I've ever experienced in a long long time . I've never ever been treated so kindly. The service representative was totally for my comfort. To the point where I switched from boost mobile to metro. I'm totally satisfied with her service in helping me. She went over and above.the call of duty. She has a very professional attitude and she's always pleasant. This has become my favorite store already just because of her and how she attended to my needs. One in a million!!! This Wonderful person's Name is LORY!!!!!

Lory at Metro is very thorough with her customer care and really takes the time to make sure everyone understands their purchases and deals. Definitely will be coming back for amazing service at this location!

The girls are amazing! They are so helpful and knowledgeable and made picking which tablet and phone would be best suited to the person who was getting them. They made sure it was up and running completely before we left. Was a great experience.

I am posting this for my friend that said he got the best customer service by Lori in oroville store. She took her time went over and beyond what he expected. And it made him happier than he's been in a while. Thank you Lori or Laura. You do you. Its appreciated. Ill be switching to metro next week.

Lory was working alone today, and it was very busy, people waiting for help outside. She was fast and able to help so many people. She was doing such a wonderful job at her job without complaining even when others said she needed help she kept a positive attitude. I’m sure help would’ve been nice for her but her working there made my experience a lot better! Thank you Lory!

Mayra was not only extremely helpful and kind but she went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with the perfect product to meet my needs. Once I was the only customer in the store Tabitha jumped right in to help me find the appropriate case while Mayra was getting the phone activated and our plan changed. Excellent team work is always great to see.

Good clean store. Lots of phones to choose from. Christina was very friendly and helpful. She knows the phones and said if I had any problems or just needed help using or figuring out my new phone, feel free to come back and she would help me. She even held the door open so I could go through with my wheel chair. They need more like her working for Metro PCS. ********** for Christina!!!!!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Metro pcs store and staff! During this incredible trying time their store was CLEAN AND SANITIZED they practiced social distancing and even managed to keep ALL their customers happy and satisfied. Loved how knowledgeable the employees here were my husband and I both switched from verizon and we LOVE our new phones! Christina was super awesome and answered all of my questions and helped me pick great smart phones and plans for our family. Best customer service anywhere! We also both got extras like headphones and speakers and they're grear quality at an unbeatable price.

I am writting this review for a friend who is not familiar with computers. So on his behalf here is his review. He had bought a metro phone at the other location in town. His phone got water damaged and he had taken the phone there to see if maybe they could fix it, if now he wanted to buy another phone. He had paid for two months in advance the prior month so one month still owing. The manager at this other location was rude disrespectful and would not sell him another cell phone due to the fact he had only gave a four digit pin he wasnt aware the wanted more numbers he was told he was wrong. Even though he had answered all personal questions that only he would know correctly had shown his drivers liscense and S.S. card. She had still refused. My neighbor who goes to this Metro infromed him how well she has been treated and to take his phone here.
The Manager at this location was wonderful. Very respectful not only did she sell him a new phone she was appologizing for the way he had been treated up the road at the other store. He informed her she did not need to appologize that she treated him with great customer service and took care of the issue. That if anyone should appoligize should be the manager at the other store. He will recommend everyone to come here for they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Thank you very much outstanding customer service would give more stars but only allow five.

I will only go to this location, the girls there are not only friendly and keep a clean store but are always on top of their deals with a great knowledge of information.

Every time I go in here, they always have nice services. They're patient, helpful, and nice.
