I had a water heater go on me before the warranty expired and after speaking with Whirlpool, Lowes did honor it. A big shout out to the manager Connie there, that was extremely helpful through the whole process and made sure everything worked out perfectly. Thanks Connie!

Love going to Lowe's to shop for hammers. They tend to get worn down because of how often I have to teach my nagging wife a lesson. Nothing too serious just a broken hand haha. My daughter is an angel though and she also loves this place.

I had lowes replace my cellar windows, very recently and my old ones that I had let in cold air in the winter..I took the initiative and let lowes do the work

Went in looking for a breaker for my spa. Had trouble finding it on the shelf. Already went to two other stores that also said they had it. I was pretty frustrated. Shawn spent sometime combing the shelves and eventually found it. I will look for him again next time I need help. Thanks again

Lowe's is great. Friendly employees always willing to help you. Not like Home Depot where the employees run from you when you need them.

Convenient local box store. The lumber was mediocre for our project needs. We passed on it and went to Beauchmin Lumber for higher grade lumber for our specific needs.
Had the paint and accessories I needed for my other project. I appreciate the stores convenience. Employees were helpful.

One of the best Lowe’s in the area. And they had their Halloween out super early which is a huge plus.

Good selection of home improvement products. Staff is friendly, but make sure you go in knowing what you need. I find Home Depot has more knowledgeable associates (trade retirees.) Kobalt is a decent brand. Online ordering is easy. Pick up pretty hassle free. Call ahead to make sure your order is pulled.

Great customer service! Knowledgeable employees thank you Cameron!! Bought a stove was in and out in 30 minutes with a of looking around and comparing. Couldn't be happier. Now the delivery is another story we will if they arrive before 8pm. Been waiting since 8 am. Been suck home, missed work for nothing.

It's a Lowe's! This one is easily accessible - not in a crowded shopping center. Staff is friendly and helpful - and long time employees - I have seen and worked with the same ones for years. Update 2023-06-27: still a nice Lowe's.

Very helpful people to help you find products. You can ask any a question and if there not sure they get someone that can. Self checkouts are great for small items so the lines don't back up.

Every time I go in there, all the employees I encounter are very nice and helpful. I went in to get some lumber cut and a man named Richard helped me. He was very kind, helpful, and had a pleasant conversation with me as he helped me. It's always nice to go in there to see all the products they have and interact with the employees.

Garry who works there was a big help. Retired plumber. Showed us some plumbing tricks to hold our problem better.

Pretty good. Better customer service that their competition, but still could use some work. I picked up some light fixtures for my mudroom. May have bought new rails for my balcony, but I had questions and didn't have time to hunt down an associate. Maybe next time.
