I used this location for a product return of shoes under their “Happy Returns” partnership. The young man there was courteous, helpful, and knew just what I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I’d go back to shop in the future.

It's too bad they don't open until noon time and with only one employee on I had to wait quite a while to get serviced. Once it was my turn on the employee was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was fantastic and very helpful. They are a beacon of life in an otherwise dead plaza. I didn't love the guy outside begging me to trade in his game for cash credit I store, but I'll chalk that one up to Woonsocket.

Not only games my friends!!! I actually wound up finding all my last minute gifts here! It was a Pokemon warehouse full of gidgets, gadgets and Lego type construction sets. The store on Diamond Hill was quick to help and extraordinarily knowledgeable of all games and systems.
