Starbucks

Okay, well, please understand that I’m addicted to brown water. For me Starbucks is best suited to my taste. For the most part-except downtown Omaha, the staff is smiling and friendly. The buildings around Omaha are fairly new, and compared to another coffee shop are very clean. So I gave them a rating I think appropriate.

Fresh baked bagels, sweet treats, soups, sandwiches, salad, or Mac n cheese. So many choices so many varieties to choose from. Stop in for. A quick bite or take some snacks back to the office. The food is amazing. Customer service is top notch. If you don't want to wait, order ahead on the app., Your food will be waiting for you to arrive.

Aren't all Starbucks good? The coffee came out really fast and so did the food. Highly recommend if you're traveling and looking to pick up some coffee. They even have a drive-thru!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this needs to be said! We came in right before closing (on black friday) and they were fantastic. We felt so bad walking in that late and they were patient, kind, and so sweet. The staff deserve a raise for their amazing customer service!

The management and staff at the Johnstown location are outstanding. They are willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

My favorite Starbucks location. The staff is all super friendly and outgoing! They make you feel welcome the second you walk in. Kat and Alana are both great and always make my day!

Ordered a paradise drink, there was alot of people, employees were doing a good job keeping up with the orders.

They are always so friendly when you visit. The coffee never disappoints either. Some times a little too much ice in the cold drinks but simplybrequest less if you’re not an ice person

Another wonderful experience! I ate inside today, I know many other people just order and pickup. I was greeted when I entered with a cheerful greeting and I was served within a minute of entering. I ordered a nice Peppermint Mocha and a bacon breakfast sandwich. Both were quite tasty and quick to be prepared for me. There was only one other customer eating in the store but employees were super busy making all the orders to go and people coming in and going. Well run establishment! Thank you!

Whoever the woman was working by the mobile orders Dec. 11 around noon was the sweetest person ever. I dropped my bagel in a puddle as soon as I walked out the door, and she was so empathetic and gave me a new one. It’s the little acts of kindness that mean the most!! You never know what that person is going through

Barista Cat was friendly, helped us with a smile and went beyond and offered a stirrer with my sugar and coffee. Believe me, I have had to ask for that at many locations! 5 stars for Cat!

When you want a quick good cup of coffee Starbucks never lets me down. The clean atmosphere with friendly staff is always the best if I decide to drink in . I've never had them mess up on my order , and always am greeted with a smile. That makes my day .

Went through drive through for an app special. The employees are always patient and their food and beverages to die for. Definitely will return with the app in hand.

The people who work here are always very respectful and kind. Because I never know what I'm ordering, I don't know the lingo. I like that they have stuff for kids because my daughter loves going to Starbucks and feeling grown up. It's also nice to sit together as a family and enjoy each others company as I get some much needed caffeine in me.

Great service. Lots of seating and a friendly atmosphere. On display are dozens of Starbucks mugs from other locations signed by (I assume) patrons. Here visiting family and might have to remember to bring one from one of our travels to add to the collection. Will definitely return!

I would like to thank ALL the starbucks employees working at this location this morning around 11am. A situation happened with my young son and they made me feel so much better in a time of absolute crisis. I still can't help but feel guilty for the situation But I appericiate them all from the bottom of my heart, as a mother. It will probably be a hot minute until I return just out of pure embarrassment but seriously. You have some amazing people working there. I did not get the name of the woman who practically gave the shirt off her back due to the chaos, but if you see this. Thank you. And the souvenir you gave will be turned into a quilt and be a family heirloom for all of time. LOL thank you team starbucks!!!
