The general manager was all I was given when asking whom the woman was that had attempted to help me the prior day. I went in to pay my regular bill, nothing else discussed regarding that at the moment. I also needed to replace my current phone as it would not charge, the woman tried and did help me replace my current phone with a reconditioned one they had just gotten. I gave her my card to pay my regular monthly bill and the $25.00 charge for whatever was required for the replacement phone. The next day my service was shut off because I apparently still owed $14.00 towards the current bill, upon assessing the situation the woman had taken it upon herself to change my plan to something she felt was better suited for me than I did.

Watch out for these scammers that work here they will add services to your phone so they get more money in their pocket. We got new phones they signed us up for phone protection without asking us when we clearly told them we didn't want to change nothing that we are on a set budget, luckily I caught it a removed it within 5 mins, they should be ashamed alot of people wouldn't catch this until there first bill
