I lived in Grandview for 4 years. Mail carriers were always friendly and waved. Never had a problem going into the building for sending packages. Mail forwarding was always easy. I have always found them easy to work with.

When Amazon goofed and shipped my daughter’s heavy corner desk via USPS rather than UPS, the desk ended up at the Grandview Post Office and I received a notice that the item is too heavy to deliver (Amazon should have sent the item via UPS due to the weight and size of the item). I called the 800 number for a few days and either got put on hold or routed to a voice mail box to initiate an inquiry about the item. I then decided to call the Grandview Post Office directly and explain the situation to see of there are any options since I don’t have a truck to load it into so picking it up from the post office wasn’t an option. Not only was the gentleman that I spoke to (wish that I would have caught his name—he deserves a raise) very kind, but he also very quickly arranged for the item to be brought to my house. I had the desk in less than an hour. This gentleman went above and beyond and I really appreciate his help.

Was very hesitant about going here to get my daughter's passport renewed because of all the horrible reviews when it came to passports. To my surprise the ladies were great super nice and helpful I couldn't believe we had no problems at all. So I just had to give them a great review we had great service and they were friendly to everyone of the customers that came in while we were there.

I'm in here frequently, and each time I typically have a different employee that takes care of my needs. They all are efficient and truly show that they care about me and my needs on a consistent basis. I try to come prepared and ready to name for a quick experience for the next person as it is usually pretty busy. This is only possible because the very first time of mailing out something through Poshmark standards, I had no idea what I was doing and yet the female employee was detailed and actually very patient with me in showing best practices for secured and safe packaging habits. No matter how busy these ladies keep their professionalism and make my visit a pleasant one every time. So far the best Post office yet! Thank you so much ladies!

Really thank them, today is Saturday, the sender wrote my address wrong, he helped me find it and delivered it to my home, thank you very much!

This is our first experience where both employee working the front were polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone that are getting passports for the first time. Made our experience fast and easy. Thank you.

The service was great as we got our passport photos and money orders and sent them off for our passports.

I'm sure timing is everything, went into post office @ 2 pm on a weds. and 20 mins later the crew had processed 3 passports for my family ... the clerks we worked with were friendly and very helpful .... thanks for a great experience.

I got here at 11:01 and thank God they let me get in line!! Everybody was so friendly and willing to help!! Thank you wonderful ladies!!
