I was helped by Penny. She did an exceptional job. she was professional, helpful and nice. I didn't have to wait in line long since all the registers had employees.

I had a pleasant experience with our baby's passport appointment. It's a walk-in & first-come-first-serve basis.. we came around 7:30am and was 2nd in the line. The passport service counter opens at 9:30am.
Have everything ready. It won't take more than 10 min if you already have the photo taken.. we were out by 9:50am itself..

I love this place! The staff are friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. They're down to crack a joke too! I genuinely can't think of a time when I walked out of this place feeling like I didn't get good service.

And, USPS is the only federal agency that is entirely financially self-sufficient and does not take a single penny from our tax money. Good luck to whomever wants to defund USPS! :)

Nothing too exciting going on here. Reasonable line if any. Passports represent the longest wait time

Very friendly, opened a new door for drop/off pickup, got to the root of our problem and got us out the door in a reasonable time, felt good walking out and would go again based on preliminary visit. Good optics, Google do them well they deserve it.

Always friendly and efficient service. USPS is under a lot of undeserved pressure, so I'm happy that this location continues to deliver. Keep up the great work!

The people who work here are very professional and friendly. Occasionally, may have some missing mail of slow delivery, but the Post Master is available and will correct any issues.
