I don’t know about you but I feel there can be exceptions to the rules. It took my husband 3 months to get an appointment with The doctor. I have stage 4 cancer and we go to Arizona to get my Chemotherapy, we left on a Sunday and I had my Chemo on Monday, we flew home Tuesday early so we could make it to this appointment. His actual appointment was at 2:20 they wanted him there 30min. Early to do paper work. We made it in 25 minutes early because our flight was late getting into Medford from Phoenix and they absolutely would not see him because we were 5 min late for a 30 min EARLY appointment! Needless to say.. we wont be going back. I believe the staff is a direct reflection on the doctor. himself . Now with that all being said… I did not handle things well. I was a complete maniac because there was ZERO understanding or compassion for our situation.it was just a NO. So wait another 3 months for another appointment?. Anyone knows paper work takes maybe about 15 min. to fill out.

Husband had been waiting for months to get in with this urologist. Reception told him they are booked out 6 months as of mid May 2021. This morning he missed a call from this office asking him to call back to schedule an appointment as soon as he was able. Well he called back minutes after they called only to find out their office is closed Fridays, why call patients telling them to call back ASAP to get scheduled on a day your office is closed?? Guess we’ll find out Monday how much longer he has to wait.

As a fellow employee I am appalled at the way they handled Me walking in the door Nineteen Minutes prior to my appointment time And said I was too late. They made no effort to keep my appointment. The last time I was there I sat in an exam room for an hour and a 1/2 before I was seen. They couldn't see me because I showed up Nineteen Minutes BEFORE my appointment time. Yes the reminder says arrive 20 minutes prior however however it is bad weather and I was one minute late.
