The way more places should do business!! Make a deal and stick with it regardless the turbulence along the way. Certain things are just unavoidable with a high-maintenance customer like myself. I am elderly and have trouble walking. I can no longer stand in line at the post office or walk up the steps that are closest to the clerks. As soon as I open the door at Ontime, I ask for help and someone will rush over and take whatever I have brought. I can even wait there by the door while they print out a receipt for my shipment. They have lots of nice things in the shop that I wish I could look at, but I'm simply not able to do so. Very nice folks.

I called a few weeks ago to ask if they had a copy machine and they said yes, however when I went in there over this past weekend to make a few copies the girl at the counter said no. She should of told me it was broken and out of order. At first I gave one star because I was upset but the owner messaged me and told me the situation and the photo copy machines were broken. Also the person was a new employee. I changed my review to 5 stars because the owner was sincere in his concerns. I like that the owner contacts people and that to me makes for a great customer service. Thank you for messaging me back. God bless! 😁

I had gotten a package that required a scan code to be shipped back. Gary told me to come on down and he'd help me figure it out. He not only got new shipping labels for me, he packaged the three boxes up for me taped them re labeled them and said he ship them for me. It was awesome! Clean store, air conditioned, super friendly. They make copies, ship all services and they even sell stamps. My new go to store. Thank you Gary for your help.
