Had very good experience.. the Lady helped me with some tips in shipping. One was try not to send very small packages. Because they are easily lost. No waiting too!! Awesome place!!

The lady is not polite or personable. After reflected back her tone and demeanor, she became offended and almost asked me to leave - I was getting fingerprints: the service was completed in a timely manner but a bit of kindness will go a long way

Went in there to ask a question about shipping service. The lady was rude. I chose not to match her energy and she should be grateful when anyone doesnt match her energy. I wanted to give 1 star but im adding another for the sake of hope. Whatever is going on with you dear lady, i hope you can heal from it and not bleed on other people from your wounds via your unreasonably rude attitude.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and could use some lessons on customer service. Went here for fingerprints and do not recommend. Go anywhere but here. She did not greet me when I walked in, yelled at me to set my stuff down and to spray my hands. She is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.

The lady at the front desk was awfully rude towards me. She callously glared at me as I taped up my package, even after I told her I needed a few minutes to do so. Although the anxiety from her staring nearly had me in a panic attack, I remained polite with her. Afterwards, as I was soothing my 6 month old to prepare for the car ride, in a rude tone of voice she asked me if there was anything else she could help me with. I am never going back there! Some people are just cold.
