Helpful friendly staff. Usually always have the oarts in stock but can always get them if not.

Went to buy a socket wasnt sure if I had one they sized my axle nut for me and I have one. Pretty nice of them to take the time to check it for me at no charge. Very nice service. And very cool people who work their. I highly recommend.

Was looking for paint to cover small area on my car. Kat the clerk was awesome! So helpful she went out of her way to verify the color and order it. She was happy friendly and I felt comfortable I was getting great service. Need more workers like her! Will be back

Got the parts I needed I couldn't get fast enough anywhere else

I visited this store today for a small replacement part. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong with the project did, but through it all.....I experienced some of the best customer service that I have had in a very long time. The entire staff at this location could not have been any more helpful , patient and friendly. Special thanks to Doug for going above and beyond to get my part replaced and get me back on the road. Great location, great customer service, a five star experience all the way around!

As a woman who knows only the basic of car maintenance, I feel comfortable shopping in this store. I like to support local business and the folks working here really strive to make sure the parts you're getting are the parts you need. If the item doesn't work out, they will promptly refund your money with receipt.

Had a battery go bad in my wife's car at about 45 minutes before closing on a Steeler Sunday. I called, they said to bring it on in. The guys had the battery off the shelf, terminals cleaned, hooked up, and ready to go in about 15 minutes. Great service, fair price, friendly employees and no attitude!

Fair prices but do your shopping first. They have many of the same parts from economy to highline.. Sometimes you have to ask for price options because the sales clerk will only quote only one price. Store is packed with tools and car care products.

Plenty of knowledgeable counter help backed up with a very large and varied stock -- it's everything you could possibly want in an auto parts store -- whatever your issue might be there is someone there that has an idea how to handle it -- I'm having an ongoing issue with low CCW from my battery -- expected to be sold a battery -- instead was offered advise to try to avoid the need for a battery replacement -- prior experience here assures me that they stand behind their advice and product -- have learned not to go anywhere else -- prices competitive -- service superior to compitition -- I don't shop for auto items often but when I do I shop this NAPA location

👍 Great place. Everyone was helpful, and knowledgeable. Had an issue starting my car which they tested and had my battery changed in about 30 min. Will be back for sure.

5 star customer service. Better prices and quality then competitors in the area. Just bought a economy rotor for 29.99 at napa and the economy at advance was 44.99 so call around before buying ! Napa sold me a napa brand headlight light bulb for 2.50 and was 10$ for Sylvania for same car at advance. The napa bulbs last longer which was a pleasant surprise, haven't had to replace yet with 30k ! .The napa brand parts in my opinion are higher quality then the advance brand parts.
