Update: I spoke to Store Manager Chris, who was polite,.apologetic,PROFESSIONAL, and fixed the issue which is why I changes review from 1 star to 5 stars

Cashier was rude, Horrible Service
Charged me extra because I asked if topping could be place onside in separate containers.

It's unusual to have a fast food place that I like but in the handful of times I've come to this Taco Bell, I've yet to have a bad experience. When my order was wrong, they corrected it with a smile and without question. When my daughter dropped her taco and her meal was ruined, they actually replaced it for her. The food is hot. The ingredients have always been good. The employees are courteous and well trained. There's a lot to say about the place and how well it's kept.

So my husband and I ordered through Door Dash and it did not register properly that he wanted half crunchy and half soft tacos in the party pack, so we got all crunchy. I called, spoke to Olivia (manager) who gave me refund options or to remake the order to pick up. I drove there and they remade the order with no question and provided a free taco coupon. Thank you Olivia for being great :)

Great staff at this location. The one manager practically knows us and is a sweetheart every time we stop by. Drive thru runs a little slow sometimes but it's usually at the end of the night when things are winding down anyway. Restaurant itself is usually clean and taken care of, even the bathrooms. You rarely see they're out of napkins or sauce here. Food's good, staff's good, this place is good. Bring back Naked Chicken Chips ✊

If you don't love taco bell, something is wrong with you.

Don't knkow about during the day, but late night, this is literally the best spot in Belle Vernon to grab some food. Great service.

Out of all the fast food places in Belle Vernon I would say they are the fastest and most consistent. Friendly staff. They never make a doordasher feel unwelcome that's for sure

Love this place. The service is amazing. I especially love the manager Cesar. He is veey kind and takes the time to make sure you enjoy youre dining experience. Also, Siobhan is very friendly and upbeat. She seems to love her job and it shows.

This visit was on Rostraver Road in Pennsylvania. Our food was cold and gross. Had to wait about 12 minutes in the parking lot before they brought our food out to us.

A young man making food came up and let me exchange our burrito s for a chicken bacon ranch they were awesome and so was the service
