This is a smalltown Post Office. People should not expect full service. Our mail is delivered by the Brewer Post Office so complaints should be filed there. Our little Post Office is good for basic supplies and having a PO Box that is accessible 24 hours a-day. Awesome clerk.

Callie is very helpful. Hours aren't great, but it's a small office. Very clean.

I visit this location weekly and generally have a wonderful experience. Today I arrived at the post office at 1:05 pm and the clerk was there but refused to open the office door while she put mail in post office boxes and ignored incomming phone calls. After 10 minutes of waiting she opened the office door and asked very rudly if I needed something. I informed her I needed to mail a package and when two other individuals entered behind me, she proceeded to ask herself why there were so many people at the post office. I generally do not write poor reviews and understand individuals can have a bad day, but if a business advertises it opens at 12:45, customers shouldnt be waiting till 1:10 to be acknowledged and then be treated poorly for wanting to use their services.

worst postal i’ve ever experienced, the delivery drivers throw packages in the ditch or snowbanks, don’t drive down smaller roads, and leave big boxes stuffed half in half out of mailboxes. Always try to shop with UPS/Fedex because they actually drop off packages to the house. It’s to the point where it’s almost worth renting a P.o. box so things aren’t damaged / stolen / lost

Packages constantly delivered to the wrong house, even when we added more places where it says our house number. Also things have been thrown in the ditch, mailbox left open when things were to big, or simply lost. It’s a disgrace

The postal workers have never delivered at houses. They drop a orange slip in your mailbox that notes " they tried to deliver, but you were not home". Do you know how many lies that is. We are always home. They are incompetent!

the orrington drivers are so lazy they won’t deliver packages to houses on dirt roads, they don’t replace mailboxes that the town hits plowing & the newest member in the store is very rude and mumbled racial slurs as I left after getting my mail
