Cheryl, Cathy and Fernando, employees with the Holliston Post Office, MA were friendly , kind, patient and very helpful in delivering a package to me that was initially sent to the incorrect address. They handled the situation professionally and perfectly and went beyond until it was resolved. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

I have lived in various parts of the country, and I haven’t always had a pleasant experience with USPS… but the post office in Holliston Massachusetts is by far and wide the most incredible team of people and deserves 10 stars!!!! I have been using this post office for the past two years and there hasn’t been a single visit to their office that wasn’t met with smiling faces, friendly staff and so much help! They really know what they’re doing! And they’re SO kind. Sadly we’re moving away, and I hope my new post office will be half as incredible! Thank you for two amazing years Holliston USPS!!

2 people in line when I arrived. Customer in front had a large bunch of things that needed to be weighed. Only one clerk was working. One customer walked out

The hours at this post office are very inconvenient. They open late, close early. 8am - 5pm. So basically you can't get there before or after work, you have to do a Saturday. Lobby is not even open unless the clerk/stamp windows are open.

Customer service is clearly not a priority. Apparently it’s up to the customer to let the counter person know whether you’re being waited on or not. She made me LITERALLY ring the bell on the counter for the other employee to come help me whilst she continued to do what she was doing

My mailman lied about my mail "accumulating for 3 months". He wrote vacant on my mailbox and had sent back all of my mail. Claimed he held on to it for 3 months before sending it back. My mail was not accumulating for 3 months so I'm not sure why he told the post office this. Needless to say I have to make a lot of phone calls. Not the first time this mailman has taken my name off my mailbox, either for whatever reason.

Watched the mail carrier drive up to my mailbox, deposit the mail and leave. I opened my mailbox to find the "Sorry we missed you" slip. Had you have bothered to actually come to my door, and knock or ring the bell, you would have found me at home, waiting for the registered mail that I was expecting. Now I have to wait two days before I can pick it up at the Holliston post office, where I'll have to wait in a long line, while one person, with no sense of urgency, muddles their way through disgusted patrons. Do better!

I’m not at all surprised by the horrible reviews for this dump. All the reviews are absolutely true. I’ve been waiting on a package for a while now it’s scheduled for today, and guess what? The time keeps moving back and back on the tracking and now it’s 5:24 PM and my package hasn’t arrived yet. Their cutoff is 5:00 PM super early considering they open at 8:00 AM. Now I have to wait another day for my sons already late birthday gift. THANKS!

Question for you, why is there a re deliver sticker on my door, why couldn’t you leave my package on my porch? If it’s so urgent why not knock or press the doorbell? Absolutely ridiculous! You’re so strict for what? Funny how you’re strict when it comes to leaving a package, but your aren’t when you forget to deliver a package with medication because it’s too small and you missed it.

Absolute trash of customer service. Very rude people working, useless and have no answers. Run out of paperwork they should have and just tell you to go somehwhere else. Place should be shut down. Drain the swamp and start over.

Really bad experience. The line is long, full of elderly people who aren’t treated kindly. The staff is very curt and rude, probably they are very nice people who are overworked and understaffed. Help them out, USPS!

Thumbs down on customer service. So glad I don't live in Holliston and have to deal with Don and the attitude. I felt like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. Boo!
