I love my post office and post mates. So much so my friends know about it. They've always been friendly, helpful and have just an old fashioned customer service feel about them. I actually look forward to visiting when I have to go in. I don't understand how other people haven't had same experience since mine has been so consistent over the years.

Anyway, I'm happy and thank them for being awesome!

I had a little problem with a priority mail shipment I sent from Pennsylvania to Milford - the packaged kept getting caught in distribution centers loops both in Pennsylvania and New England.
I called Milford’s post office and spoke to supervisor, Dawn. She went above and beyond tracing my delayed shipment. Dawn finally freed my package from the loop system. My package is being delivered to a local Milford address today. Thank you Dawn for a job well done. I really appreciate your efforts !!!

Milford Postal staff are excellent, many have been there for several years. Never had a problem with them, always friendly. Get photos for passports there as well. Keep up the great work.

I was already having horrible day and had to get a passport here. Even though I didn't have the right birth certificate and couldn't get it, he went out his way to look over my stuff, copy my license for me, and just gave me great advice. Awesome experience!!!

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. I support the USPS, especially now that the President is trying to cut funding. The USPS is a necessary public service.

Cheri was friendly and helpful in sending my overnight letter. My experience was quick and easy, with almost zero wait on a Saturday morning in January '18.
