Pedro is the best, I used to go to the one on Milwaukee Ave but now that Pedro is here I go to this one. Best place for parts in the entire area.

O’Reilly has become my go-to auto parts store. The staff seem knowledgeable and are willing to help. I have enough car knowledge to get me in trouble and they never make me feel dumb regarding my lack of knowledge. I do think that the prices are a little bit higher than others but the customer service makes up for that.

Wonderful experience! The check battery light came on in my vehicle, so I stopped in. They checked my battery (which was bad) and installed a new one in no time at all while it was only 5 degrees out! Thanks!

The manager needs a raise every time you ask her a question she will help you out till she gets you the answers for you she is very quick and alert and knows her stuff Karina is also one of the best employees there she has helped me and a few of my friends we will only go to this Orileys if you want excellent service and the right parts the first time go here
