I’m so blessed to have that place are the most honest, patient, and listening to my concerns about my Traverse. I always had a hard time trusting the mechanical and the service with a lot of ridiculous prices till I found this place. They got my trust with them after they replaced the alternator and the transmission flushed. They always make sure that everything is safe for the Traverse’s needs because I depend on my Traverse A LOT! I really appreciate that. They are very reasonable prices but very honest people! Thank you!!

The ease of booking appointments on-line is unmatched by competitors. Communication between the shop and customer is fantastic, texting is so easy and you get a full vehicle conditions report (with photos) of your vehicle. I wish I could give this auto shop is more than 5 stars! Ryan and his staff go above and beyond every single time!

My experience with Ryan and his crew was very good. They explain everything in detail for instance, I have a valve cover that is leaking a little bit. They let me know about it but also told me I didn’t have to replace it right now. Good Honest Service that’s why I always go back.

Took my 2001 Toyota Camery into these guys. I needed my door handle fixed, the heating, and the driver's side window. The window alone I was told by other auto repair companies that it would cost thousands of dollars to fix.

Buttita auto fixed all of it for less than the thousands of dollars I was told by the other companies.

They even put up with me calling often to see if it was done yet. I would for bring my vehicle here again.

This place went above and beyond in addressing my concerns & problem within 60 seconds of walking in the door, without an appointment. I was visiting from out of town, and really stuck without options. They took care of everything & didn't let me leave until they'd checked everything out. They took their time, were thorough, and very competent. From the mechanic who road with me in the car, to the individual who managed the front end, everyone I interacted with was a pleasure to work with. Also, did you even know about their GUARANTEE?!?!

I have had my vehicles serviced many times at Butitta And I'm very happy with their service. Technicians are very knowledgeable . And Very professional service. I would recommend them to anybody. 5 star service for sure.

David who mans the front desk was very thorough in collecting the necessary information from me in order to then be able to help me understand how they could help me with my concerns.

Well, bought a 2007 Silverado that we had issues with since we bought it. Lights would dim and flicker, engine would cut out then all the warning lights would come on, then go out. 2 solid days were well worth it. The truck is literally better than when we bought it. The guys at Butitta Auto were courteous, kept us well informed. Thanks guys, Shes running and going great!

I have had a tough go at getting my car fixed. They have been so professional. They have gone out of their way to try and fix it properly. I’d send anyone there.

Highly recommend. They were kind, courteous, professional and honest. Got my vehicle in the next day and kept me updated. My ignition needed replaced and it was fixed same day.

I’m from out of town. Dropped car off over night. They were quick to assess the issue. Fixed it and another issue I had that I have been putting off for a while. Very reasonable, and extremely friendly and courteous!

First of all, Ryan and everyone working at Butitta has great customer service. The oil change was a little cheaper than other places I've been. For other repairs they always get me in quickly, communicate what's going on with the car, and what they plan to do. Very reasonably priced, always great work.

I appreciated that they were able to get me in quickly and provided a detailed report of what was wrong. I feel the pricing was reasonable as well.

Dropped truck off Sunday night. They had truck done by Tuesday morning. Stayed in contact with me the entire time. Price was less then quoted me.

Took my car in at 5pm. They could have said they were closed, but they let me drop off. They weren't able to recreate the issue other than when they pulled it inside. First time. Very friendly and professional.

Had a huge nail in my tire and I took it in and within 15 minutes they got it out and told me it did not do any damage and sent me on my way with no charge! That kind of customer service will bring people back. Thanks for the great service!
