Its a post office. I can say its one of the best post offices I've ever been to, though. The workers there have an annoying job but they bring a lot of fun to it. I didn't mind waiting in line for as long as I had to because I could see the employees working hard to get the line moving as fast as possible while keeping it real with the customers they were helping.

Staff is absolutely amazing never had a problem. Unfortunately almost every time i go into the post office a customer is complaining about something. It’s was a time the guy behind the counter told a customer that if they didn’t have any tape, they had some for sale. The customer went crazy and stormed out. I mean he was a little bit stern but he didn’t say it in like a rude way. Like last week I was being helped by a bigger black guy (super nice with a huge smile) but i couldn’t even focus on my transaction because i distracted by this guy being helped next to me. He was being extremely rude to the black woman behind the counter. Like to the point i had to tell him to like calm down and just leave. I came back yesterday to deliver some packages and the lady in front of me i guess was picking something up and the woman (the same black woman from like last week) at the counter asked her to fill something out that was on the blue counter and the woman in line went off on this poor girl. The woman was shoving her papers at her. All i remember her saying was i never had to do this before. The woman behind the counter was nice enough to take me even though the woman was still there filling out the little sheet of paper at the counter. She was really sweet, i know that the situation could have been less hostile without that woman being so upset about filling out that piece of paper. I wish I would’ve said something. I just hate seeing people treated the way she was being treated. And for this to be the 2nd time in front of me. It’s just upsetting.

Always friendly staff. Even during the busiest times, the wait is not too bad and people behind counter are patient and nice. Love my postal carrier that works out of this office too. Never had an issue that wasn’t resolved by the post master there.

The employees at this location are totally groovy, friendly, professional, and helpful. Their average review is being dragged down by rare delivery issues and I would bet half those complaining don't even know where their mail originated from. I've stopped at a LOT of Milwaukee post offices and this one is one of my two favorites precisely because the employees on site are better than nearly every location in Milwaukee.

The gentleman I talked to was extremely helpful. He answered my question and solved my issue. I appreciated the prompt service.

Called to check on possible mail delivery issue, Jeremy answered after a couple of rings, great friendly and fast answers. Did some digging to confirm all was well. Have used the counter service as well, usually efficient and friendly except of course during crazy peak season times - even then organized and get you through as fast as possible. Lobby and outside kept clean, in winter sidewalks and parking lot kept clear. This location delivers to our Tosa office for over 20 years. Few issues and when something comes up a call or visit usually resolves. Have facilities serviced by other USPS stations, and this is by far the best!

My five stars are actually for Jeremy. He helped me today and was very polite and very efficient. I got a return call from him after I told him my problem, within minutes. Great follow-up.

The Wauwatosa post office staff are professional, polite, and very helpful. I prefer this post office over others in the surrounding area. The office is easy to get to and park at. The hours are convenient- they are open till 6pm on weekdays and until 3pm on Saturdays. My only caution is that this office can get pretty busy, esp. on Mondays and during the holidays.

I have had some pretty poor experiences at different post offices around the area but this one is always pleasant. The employees are always very nice and they are fast and efficient too so that you are not waiting long.

When I originally started coming to this place it was hard to enjoy. Overtime I got to better understand the workers and staff. They are hard working and they care about work. It’s a great post office and a good location.

I have always had the best service at the Wauwatosa Post Office and I have been going there for nearly 30 years, so I have had a lot of experience with that location! People are often quick to post negative reviews, but neglect to take the time to post something nice when it is deserved and so I am posting this review because I think everyone who works at the Wauwatosa Post Office (53213, 53222, 53226) does an awesome job!

The staff are very friendly. I need to ship international packages often and they are always patient and professional. We need to give more credits to these hard working staff! Thank you!

I drove to the station on Mayfair Road to mail a box on a Monday morning. Expected a long line, but was surprised only 1 customer in front of me. Excellent service, and I give them 5 stars .......😃😃😃😃😃

Erik is a great employee. He went above and beyond to be helpful and kind on a day that I really needed it. He deserves recognition - and a raise!

Y'all are doing a great job! Ignore the so called auditors and their feeble minded followers. They only care about drama and causing it.

They were so nice and professional! You can’t beat the prices either. $39 cheaper than FedEx and $13 cheaper than UPS!

Brian was very nice even with Christmas so close, he took time to see what the best price was to send my boxes.

Visit this location a number of times. All great customers service and friendly staff.

I especially appreciate the extended hours of this full-service branch.
