Via 313 Pizza

This is one of my favorite pizza places. Unique pizzas and great service. It’s a sit down dining experience. It’s tend to be on the pricier side for pizza. I wish they would turn down the loud music but I think that is the atmosphere they are going for. The food set this place apart, worth trying for sure!

First visit to VIA313 and we’ll be back. Addie provided excellent service. She explained the menu, had recommendations and even took care of an allergy issue for us. Really excellent. The pizza was fabulous! If you’ve not had Detroit-style pizza, you’re missing out. It was cooked perfectly and every ingredient was top notch. The caramelized edges are delicious and the sauce on top seems to enhance all the flavors in a way baked-in sauce just does not. Can’t recommend strongly enough.

What a refreshing experience!!! Any one that dines out in Utah county that is from anywhere else in the country knows how poor the restaurant experiences typically are. While craving pizza on a Sunday , I found VIA313 was one of the only ones open. Decided to come in and was served by Coco. She did such an incredible job explaining the menu, ensuring that I had everything I needed, and was super personable. Then the food came……OMG probably the best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had!! Thank you for an amazing dining experience.

Seriously some of the BEST pizza I’ve ever had! Totally worth it! I order in large amounts just so I can take some home for leftovers!

The pizza is pretty pricey, but again, it is one of the best pizzas I’ve had, and it is absolutely worth it!

I would highly recommend getting the Bobo Brazil!

The service here was pretty slow, so plan on being there a bit. They have a cool hangout place just outside the restaurant as well.

We love Via 313! Our server, Bob was awesome, personable, and made sure our cups were full and we got exactly what we wanted with our dinner! I ordered the special, the jalapeño papa (I think it's called) but it was so tasty. They make the pizza to order so expect to wait a little for your fresh pizza but the taste and wait is worth every cent. 10/10

I’m not really a big pizza person, but this is out of this world pizza! I had the jalapeño popper pizza with thick crispy crust. Great Detroit made small size pizzas. The jalapeño popper has honey that brings a great balance of spicy and sweet! 🍯🌶 this is a must try!

The stars are for the food but must point out something that needs addressed by the owners. One picture I've posted shows black knobs on the ground outside the doors that are there to stop the doors. These are by both the main entrance and the take out entrance. Very dangerous and one of our friends with us tripped on it and wounded herself. Not cool and this needs to be fixed!
Now on to the experience. The place was clean and very busy! We had a party of 8 and it took only 30 minutes to seat us. A lot less than we thought for a Saturday night! We could have sat outside but it was in the mid-90's so we passed and waited for an inside seat.
Our server, Henrry, was awesome. He took time to inform us of the different styles of pizza and drinks and was very friendly and great to have as our server. He told us what time frames to expect for our food and he was really close to what it actually was.
Our table got a variety of foods. Salads, bread sticks, pizzas. Everything we got was presented well and tasted delicious. The crusts of the pizzas were cooked perfectly. The bar style was thin crust and cooked so it wasn't like a cracker hardness but not flimsy. The Detroit style had a nice thick crunchy crust. All were well flavored and hot.
I would highly recommend them for the food and atmosphere. It's not inexpensive but you can't get this kind of pizza from a delivery place.

Stopped in here for lunch on a Sunday. Bonus that they are open on a Sunday in Utah County! Got a table right away and the server did a great job at explaining the menu. They are known for their Chicago style pizzas but they also have traditional pizza as well. Everything on the menu can be ordered either style. We got a salad to share and two 4x4 pizzas. They were both really good and cooked to perfection! The whole staff was friendly and nice and the restaurant itself was very well maintained. We saw some items on the menu that we still want to try so we definitely will be stopping back by! So glad to have a different restaurant in town!!

Came in with a larger group of 9 and they had great customer service. Our server was on top of it, and very helpful. The cheese sticks were delicious to start off the night with, and a few got salads. The beet salad was tasty. Each of ordered our own pizzas, it’s awesome they came make your pizza half one way, half another. Everything was very satisfied with their meals. One in our party had their pizza made incorrectly, they instantly fixed it with a freshly remade pizza. Love the fun outdoor area with games to keep busy while you wait. We will come back by again.

Delicious Detroit style pizza, we got the Ambassador bridge. It had a delicious garlic flavor. The frosted root beer mugs were fun and tasted good the only draw back is there’s no free refills. Our server was friendly and nice. We were seated quickly and they have a nice outdoor waiting area for times when there is a long wait. Location is close to the freeway.

We were a party of 13 who should up at 6 on a Friday night. They quoted us a 45 min wait. An hour into waiting they brought us some cheese bread and apologized for the delay. We waited about 15 more and our waiter took our order so that when we were seated out food would be out quickly. The house manager was very kind and kept us updated on our status. Our waiter, Ben, was amazing! It was my son’s 25th birthday celebration and he made him feel so special! Thanks Ben and everyone at Via 313 in Lehi!

Their gluten free cheese bread is delicious! You won't even miss the gluten if you get it. Celiac safe (at least my wife has never felt sick after)

All their pizzas are delicious. Their tables feel small to try and fit pizza on.

This is great pizza. I have never ate in the restaurant but it looks like a fun place. I like that they offer table service. They also have a bar but I have never tried anything from it. I have ordered take out plenty of times however. Again, the pizza here is really great. We have only had the deep dish Detroit style but have no reason to try anything else. They have some great varieties and some that sound really fun but my family is a little lame so we stick with the classics. Cheese, pepperoni, Hawaiian, omnivore, carnivore, herbivore. They are all really good.
We have ordered takeout quite a bit and every time we have had to wait for the food. It's usually about 10-15 min later than the pickup time they say. We also pay about $80 to feed 5 of us. It's a little expensive for pizza but we really do like it. If it was cheaper we would probably do it a lot more.

Just moved to Utah and decided to try this spot out. I was blown away with how amazing the food and service was. I can’t remember our waiters name but he was incredible and really made sure we were good the whole time. He also gave us a free desert on him and it was delicious! Couldn’t have picked a better date night spot and can’t wait to go back.

By far one of my favorite pizza places! Love the Cadillac! Fun flavors and great service every time we come. They’re so good with dietary restrictions and navigating the menu

Yum!!! We had a great time!! When I pulled up on opening night I was nervous there wouldn’t be parking bc they were packed with people! Thankfully the parking lot was bigger than it originally looked. The pizza was delicious!!! We got the omnivore Detroit style and the MC5 bar style pizza. I’m not ever a cheese pizza fan but this pizza was incredible! AND to top it off they gave us a free cinnamon sticks for coming on opening night! they were soooo good!!!!!!! Definitely coming back for more.

The food was delicious and Travis, our server, was fantastic. Went above and beyond for us and made the experience fantastic.

Such a tasty pizza place. We got frosted mug root beer and Coke Zero, caesar salad and added chicken. The chicken was so tender and juicy. We also got the ambassador bridge but added pineapple. If you like pineapple, I highly recommend it! The waitress was so sweet and attentive as well! I will definitely be going back!

The layout was nice and welcoming, with plenty of seating, a nice bar setting, and friendly staff. The drinks were cold and satisfying, as was the food too.

Our server Olivia was nice and timely too.

Best gluten free pizza ever! My wife is gluten free and I usually can't stand what passes as gluten free crust most places. This was phenomenal, it was light and chewy and actually tasted like bread. We got the Carnivore and it was excellent. Jordan was great helping us out at the bar. The blackberry lemonade was amazing. Can't recommend this place highly enough
