I'm giving this GameStop specifically 5 stars because they have the Halo 3 Muriel up on the side, please leave it up forever! Gaming history right there and it's the best Halo ever made. And I'd bet this GameStop is just solid all around.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, staff and leadership. They were more than willing to accommodate my needs when I had health issues and no transportation. Just superb all around.

Edit: There was an issue with the switch I purchased (nothing to so with the staff) and they were once again more than accommodating. They knew I had an ACL/MCL/meniscus tear and didn't want me to make the trip (as I have no transportation and had to bike), I did it anyways with my exoskeleton brace and they not only fixed the issue but compensated my efforts for getting there with a tee shirt of my favorite game (yes, they remembered when I told them). It sounds dumb, but for someone in my situation, in-between jobs and having major surgery less than a week away, it meant the world for me. Once again, excellent staff, excellent leadership, excellent service, but most importantly, excellent service/sympathy/accommodations for someone in my position. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not when I say it meant the world to me for them to understand my situation. Others have not. They did. Thank you Luke and all that helped, truly.

Came in to buy some pokemon cards and was helped out by Kris. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable. The one thing that stood out was her sincere goal to help me get the best deal possible. She let me know about the buy 3 get 1 free deal and even helped me price match an item. She's awesome!

I usually stop by GameStop for Funko pops. Found the make-a-wish Stormtrooper there. Nice, big selection of things and Funko. Friendly staff, I will return.

Lance was of great help, had issues with a preowned ps5 and he got it taken care of immediately. 10/10 customer service.

My daughter wanted an Xbox, I saw the price and had a Mini panic attack.
We checked online and there was a refurbished one.
My daughter is happy the sales associate was extremely helpful.

Absolutely fantastic Customer Service! Great employees that go to all levels to make sure your shopping experience is the best!! They made sure that we were able to exchange a head set that the store in Aurora, (Quincy Location) would not exchange for us under warranty because they just did not feel like doing it. This location stepped in and made a bad experience with the other location really fantastic! The Assistant Manager took care of the entire exchange.

Shout out to big cam who works here. He came through for me, Nice guy. Give that man a raise

Sasha was really nice and helped me with a problem two other gamestops had no idea about. The store is also clean and well maintained.

This is my preferred GameStop on this end of town. I always receive excellent customer service at this location. The store is always clean and well maintained, despite being a huge location and having tons of merchandise on hand. Even when it is extremely busy, the employees always make an effort to greet you or make sure you are taken care of. Associates Angel and Lauryn have always been especially great at providing top notch customer service. I will drive to this game stop, even though it is further from where I live because it is always a better experience shopping here.

I think the assistant store manager's name is Dominic, and he's awesome. Extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understood everything- even when I was starting to get huffy- he remained calm and friendly. If you're reading this sir, thank you again! I appreciate your professional-ness so much.

I love this gamestop. The people are so sweet and they care about helping you find what you need. They all know what they are talking about or will spend the time helping you figure it out if you need. I will go here every single time.

Fantastic service!! Went in just at closing to grab a new Xbox and a few games, sadly didn't catch our clerks name but he was totally helpful and showed no issue staying open late to help us find everything we wanted. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain and offer warranties, renewal of my membership with a discount etc. Definitely worth going to this location every time!
He even helped me use my other program points for a discount on the purchases! Ten thumbs up!
Oh...and he had everything we wanted including a hard to find console, in stock!

Came to get a Nintendo Switch Lite and a few games and was able to get it relatively fast. The cashier was nice helpful and helped me get one of the last switch lites they had left. The store was a bit empty, but that was expected at this time. I will be coming back again to get an sd card at a later date. Worth coming to when you need to pickup something relatively fast.
