They always have a great selection and very nice staff. They always walk around and ask if you need assistance and per signage on the entry points, hire veterans to fill open roles.

I have yet to run into a situation at this home Depot where staff were not helpful as they are all kind and grateful.

To a man (and woman), the most helpful staff we've ever run into in any Home Depot. I take my elderly father there several times a week to keep him busy and engaged, and the staff there just seem genuinely compassionate. Big thumbs up from us!

First time at this location. We had a frustrating time with people who were SOME help and others who were NONE at all. Olivia was absolutely fantastic! I was able to express my frustration and she made it all better! I didn't have to wait in a separate line with my cart full of lumber, she helped ring us up right away. My experience started off at 2 stars and went up to 5. Olivia was very helpful and got someone to immediately help us load up. Her customer service skills are definitely a 5! Great job! Thank you Olivia! :)

I love going to this Home Depot, excellent staff, always ask if you need help. Don't act bothered if you need to be shown where something is. As a contractor they always have what I need. Jim is an exceptional worker and always helpful as well.

Employees were helpful, and the cashier was very friendly.

I appreciate the products that the Home Depot offers in comparison to their competitors. I feel like the selections of flooring are more abundant at Home Depot, as well. We were shopping for about an hour and met with many helpful employees who were always around to help us. This was our first visit into a Home Depot because my honey and I have been devoted to the competitor for as long as I can remember. We even got approved for a new generous line of credit right away. Just in time for Black Friday shopping. So far, delighted with Home Depot. This is a great start to our home remodeling projects, and the beginning of a beautiful professional relationship.

I used the order and pick up feature. It works great if you live far away or close by. Real handy service. Parking is in abundance along with handicap parking as well. Easy to find and well lit in the evening.

Needed to rent a pole chain saw to trim some branches I could not reach from my step ladder. They had everything I needed to get the job done. Saw, chaps, helmet, fuel and oil. The staff at the rental desk were easy to deal with and very helpful.

Solid and predictable home improvement store. Better if you know what you want and where it is, ie: self help, but if you find someone they are usually very helpful. I prefer this store over the competition because it's easier to get in and out more efficiently than elsewhere and it's simply geared toward the self-help shopper who doesn't need a lot of assistance.

I have been to 5 different Home Depot’s in the past 5 months working on various projects from San tan valley/ Florence and show low. The show low Home Depot has had one of the best customer service all around that I have had. From the people working in their respective sections to the cashiers and dock helpers.

We always enjoy this store. It’s clean, well laid out and staffed by pleasant folks.

Their assortment of items is above average and we can typically find most anything we need - not always, but most of the time. 😊

Like anywhere these days, prices have become surprisingly high…but that seems to be the nature of the environment these days vs. anything Home Depot can do much about.

So yes - two thumbs up.

I was assisted with all my issues.
I was at the Home Depot in East Flagstaff Az, last week and was disrespected because I was a disabled Vietnam vet. The employee was rude and I mean rude.
Just the opposite happened today in this Home Depot.
I wasn't gonna shop at Home Depot again, but after today, I will continue, but not in East Flagstaff.
The nicer employee's name is Yazmina..she deserves a raise in salary

I might be wrong but I believe they are a daytime only unload. The receiver said if you get there by 4pm he might be able to unload. Better to get there much earlier. No mention of night unload operations there. Some HD do unload at night.

The most courteous, helpful staff of any home depot I've shopped in. It was a real pleasure to shop there. George, Debbie, and Brittany jumped to our aid and stayed with us through our shopping process. They didn't leave us or drop us. And acting manager Jacob, was equally kind and helpful. Can't wait to go back! Nice job Show Low Home Depot!💥

Ordered 10 Milgard windows from Show Low Home Depot. Time of delivery Gordon and Steven answered every phone call and worked with us on the delivery time. Appreciate all their help and their attitude.

This is the best Home Depot I've ever been in. I lived in Tucson and I've been in the various Home Depots in Tucson and it was hard to get an associate to help me with questions or to find something at this Home Depot they're always so eager to help you and very polite even when you call on the phone with lots of questions
