Easy to order our selections from the self-serve kiosk. Navigation was easy. Paid for our order and it was prepared and delivered in a timely manner, hot and tasty. Service counter personnel were friendly while being professional.

I clearly ordered my QPC with no shivered onions, no salt and no pickles. Guess what I got when I got home? Pickles and onions and salt.

This was the fastest I have ever got food at a restaurant. They got our order almost instantly after we ordered. It was hot and fresh.

Haven't had a Big Mac in a long time and the one I had the other day was delicious 😋

Sure it's not the healthiest, but man is it tasty. Employees are pretty cool too

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Food good but the line for food was long even though the seating area only had a few tables used

They rly need to honor the food tent system at the kiosk

Girl in drive thru was quick with answers. I wished I'd gotten her name. I ordered a hot fudge sunder and I couldn't find the dollar menu but she mentioned #2 spices chickens for $3.. I thought that was a good deal so I ordered it. Thx it was a good combination with spice and fudge/ice cream.

This store got my order in drive-thru, correct.

Last minute lunch for 27 British veterans. The staff got right on the order and did a great job. The manager was nice enough to give a discount. Thank you for your hard work and everyone appreciated it. McDonald's went above and beyond.

Ok since my last review Mc Donald's has totally redeemed themselves. My kids still insisted on going there or I would not have gone back. We have gone twice since and service was spot on. Our food was ordered correctly and delivered quickly. Also the staff has been friendly and accommodating.

Is it been a while since I've been there with the fries were great to hamburgers juicy I had a double cheeseburger and the chocolate shake was well that speaks for itself.

Every experience I have had going to The McDonald's in show low has been a good 1. The cleanliness of the place is excellent. They make every attempt to make the customer happy. the food is good and reasonable and the management is excellent. even the new employees who have little experience are making a strong effort to do the right thing. Elena, the GM at the Show Low store is very efficient and professional. She works hard and so do her employees and there is a strong emphasis on cleanliness of the facility .and it always looks great. I highly recommend this store to everyone

Discount Tire is next door so I love coming here when I'm waiting on tires. This place is always clean and good service. Now they have a touch screen computer so you can submit your own order, put your number down on your table and by the time your back from the restroom your order is usually waiting for you at your table.

Place is great. My kids love the playground!

By far the best McDonalds I have ever visited. The play area was extremely clean and the staff was beyond friendly. This was “Date Night” for our twin six year old boys and the staff was happy to let them order. We will be back next time in town for sure.

A decadent and luxurious setting with all the trappings of a high end McDonald's. The children ordered happy meals and they came out in a fantastic custom packaged whimsical container. The mood in the establishment was upbeat and magical. Kids find themselves in a wonderland of equal or better quality than most Disney resorts. Go and bring anyone and everyone you want to impress

Drive in line was long, but that means busy, and busy means fresh food.
I'll wait the extra minutes for fresh product, and the employees were very nice and courteous....5 out of 5 for me.
