The UPS Store

I have had nothing but great attitudes and wonderful customer service from this place. They always smile and help me get my returns done in a timely manner. They are especially helpful if I can’t figure out my QR code or the copy machine. Thank you guys for all that you do especially being the only UPS store up here. The amount of people you serve and still great attitudes! Keep up the good work and I hope that people have more patience during the holiday seasons to help you guys do your job. I’ll definitely be back and welcome your smiles any day!

This UPS store is a lot better than I was expecting after reading the reviews. I routinely pick up packages that were delivered minutes before my arrival, without any problem. The staff has always been friendly. The day I opened a mailbox account, I got there about 10 minutes before they closed and they said they couldn't do it because there wasn't time before they closed. This was overall understandable, though still annoying. If they would change their posted operating hours to end 30 minutes earlier, probably most of the negative reviews would go away.

I’ve had a box here for over 4 years now. When I first got it all I saw were bad reviews and they were going through management changes. Since then I have nothing but good thing to say about this UPS store and ALL the workers here. 5 star business with 5 star employees!

I have to say thank you again to Joshua at UPS-store 6040! This is the second time I been in there and both times he was a tremendous help. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Give the man 10 gold stars!

I had to return a defective product I bought online, the seller refused me the barcode used for UPS tracking. The UPS store representative found the QR code attached in a related E-mail and was able to send the package on its way. A very big load off my mind. It's impressive seeing one person doing the work of two or more people while maintaining a pleasant/professional disposition.

The staff that includes Josh, Tyler, and Kate are amazing. They are extremely busy but always friendly and patient.

Great employees there. I drop large pre-labeled boxes off every other week or so. Always receptive, friendly and focused.

Customer service is great and very helpful I've been there several times and have been helped by several different employees everyone of them were polite and helpful definitely professionals..

I am reading a lot of bad reviews about this place, but so far, my experience has been different. We moved to Show Low two months ago, so my first visit to this location was to pick up a package that had been redirected here. I walked in to see numerous staff members there to help me, all with smiles on their faces and cordial greetings. One of the staff even carried my package to my car for me (it was quite large) and wished me a good day. My second trip in was to send off a package, and again, I received extremely courteous, efficient service, all done in a friendly and thorough manner. As a result, I am grateful this store is here and will use them regularly.

Tyler is the best employee any store could have.
He is constantly multi-tasking. He is courteous and patient with seniors who are not computer savvy.
UPS is lucky to have Tyler.

Great service. Had to make multiple copies and the retail clerk was so helpful! Although she was helping me with my copies, she asked me if I would mind if she helped her backed up co-worker. I thought it showed what a great teamplaer she was.

This place is great & they do it all! They ship packages which they will put in a box or other container, if u don't have 1, w/packing stuff so it gets there safe; they have Post Office boxes; they fax out for u & u can use their # to receive faxes; & THEY DO COPIES! They probly do other stuff, too, but I missed them. Plus, the employees were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient & very pleasant to do business with. I'd highly recommend u check this place out, plus it was only about 10 minutes away from the 1st place I went that didn't make copies.

Tyler is the best employee this store has ever had. He has helped me multiple times and is always knowledgeable and nice.

I had a somewhat complicated Amazon return involving three items. I braced myself for a long and arduous process as I walked into the store.

Well, the process could not have been easier. The gal there (apparently, there has been a management change) was extremely helpful and basically took care of everything for me.

Could not ask for a more professional or friendly experience. I would recommend.

Those ladies are amazing! I am in there often and so many people don’t understand what the UPS store can and can’t do. They do amazing work and have to clean up a lot of Amazon issues. Great job!
