The Balloon Loft

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society was lucky enough to have The Balloon Loft create a stage garland for one of our events. They were so great to work with, extremely personable, and VERY talented! We would definitely recommend them for any events!

The balloon loft is the best! We were in a bind planning a baby shower and our Etsy balloon arch didn’t arrive in time! Thankfully, we found the balloon loft and they literally saved the day! They walked us enough everything, helped us color match our original arch and gave us the best tips! We will only be using them from now on!🤩

Excellent first-time experience with Kelsi and her team! The ordering process was easy and the installation was quick and professional. The 12-foot balloon garland we ordered was stunning and held up beautifully through some inclement weather--it was a gorgeous way to wow our guests as they arrived for the party. With balloons you get what you pay for and The Balloon Loft does excellent, high-quality, creative work!

I work for a large international company with an office in Salt Lake City. We have used the balloon loft twice and been thrilled with what they created for us. We had a Christmas party where they made a spectacular half arch. They went so far as to have me send pictures of my decorations so they could match the balloons, and special ordered some balloon stars I requested. They were personable, efficient and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone!

I received a gorgeous ballon arrangement from The Ballon Loft this week. Four days later it’s still the same as it arrived, the lettering is beautiful, the balloons are unique and I truly appreciated that they were able to accommodate my my mom and sisters week of surprising me. Leslie was amazing!!!!!!! She responded so quickly by email to my request. I actually had tried all day to contact and order through another local balloon company with no success, so frustrating. I made a request to The Balloon Loft late night the eve before my son's birthday to get some balloons ordered. I was out of town and I always love making my children's birthday special with decorations, her willingness to respond and deliver a wonderful personalized bouquet of balloons allowed me to still give my son a special birthday surprise. I love the balloon loft! they did an amazing garland of balloons for my graduation party, and it was beautiful! they were sturdy, held up against the weather and stayed brightly colored for almost a week! they make any event so much fun and even more beautiful! definitely will be hiring again.

We ordered this balloon instead of having a sign at the airport. 3 weeks later it was still completely floating!! Worth every penny!!

Leslie and Katherine are fantastic! I have used their service on multiple occasions, including a balloon garland (with custom colors) and a gender reveal balloon (including keeping the gender secret from me 😏). All processes were quick and the product was high quality. I love how they have these huge projects and clients, yet they still make time and go above and beyond for an individual customer with smaller requests like me. Every customer is important!
