ZURCHERS Party + Costumes + Wedding

So, I had never been into a store like this before so I had no idea what to expect. But, as soon as I walked in I knew I was in paradise. Haha.

There are so many freaking costumes, and so many different balloons and ideas for a party... And I can only imagine how many pranks I can play on my friends. By buying some of the items here.
They also had a whole lot of balloons, which, can be useful in celebrating some occasions.
Regardless though, this place looks like a lot of fun, and can definitely help plan a fun party in the future.

This is such a handy store. I come all the time for the 1$ table cloths-as cheap as the dollar store, but with a fabulous selection of colors

Popped in to the store to pick up some last-minute Halloween plates and cutlery. Ended up exploring massive rows of Halloween decor, costumes, and accessories. Staff were kind and offered help finding items and were incredibly pleasant at the register. Well done Zurchers team!

Their balloon service is so good! They helped me make my friend's birthdays so special. They helped me through each step, and had my order processed right away. I called back to reschedule and add highfloat, and they very pleasantly accepted my wishes and whimsy. When I went to pick up my order, I had ordered to much to stuff in my car on such a windy day by myself. They held one portion of the balloons while I maneuvered the first batch in, no questions asked. They were considerate and flexible and I'm glad I have them close by. I'll use them exclusively for my party needs.

So much selection! We were shopping for Easter and everything was on sale. And cute.

This store carries fun, great products at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Miranda knows her balloons and has a bubbly personality.

Went to the store to find a few things for my grandson. My grandson is autistic. Staff was real Patient. When we went up to pay for our items, They were filling balloons. As we were checking out, a male employee was trying to tie a large balloon filled with round metallic disc. The balloon popped. Spread the disc's all over. We know it was an accident. But we said; "Hey look. They're throwing a party for us." Great place to shop.

This Zurcher’s is quite a bit smaller than other locations I have visited, but even with the smaller size, it has anything you’d need. The selection seems to be nearly the exact same. The balloon selection is still absolutely massive. The location is convenient. I’ll be back!

Great store for party supplies and decorations. Great selection, clean location, and friendly staff. It's one of my top 3 favorites for Halloween decorations.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zurchers Party and Customs and I must say, I was blown away by their selection of party supplies and decorations! They have everything you could possibly need to throw an amazing themed party.

From balloons and streamers to tableware and costumes, Zurchers has it all. I was particularly impressed by their selection of themes, which included everything from superheroes to unicorns to dinosaurs. They even had a great selection of licensed products featuring popular characters from movies and TV shows.

The staff at Zurchers were also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations for party ideas and themes. They even had a section of their store dedicated to party planning and ideas, which was really helpful.

Overall, I would highly recommend Zurchers Party and Customs to anyone looking to throw an awesome themed party. They have everything you need to make your party a success, and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable

(i changed to 5 stars because of the owner feedback. thank you for listening) Came in with my daughter to get balloons for her birthday party tuesday july 19 at noon. was extremely caught off guard when the older woman long dark hair could not have been more rude to me for absolutely no reason. and i just really did not appreciate it. i’m the customer, i was being friendly.. i just feel like she judged my looks and decided to be rude. giving 3 stars because the younger girls who helped with the balloons were very kind. but just thought you should know how your employee treats certain customers.

I went in looking for a cake topper doll for my daughter's Quince Años, though they did not have what I needed, they have a wide selection of other party items, balloons, table wear, candy, streamers, hats, party favors, dress up items. I loved it. I will be returning soon for a different daughter's birthday. She wants horses and cowgirls, believe it or not, this place has that too.

Zurchers is great! I love how they have so many things in specific colors. If you need party decorations in a specific color, this is the place to go. They even have tons of candy in specific colors to match as well. They have great balloon bunches for different events.

Great party supply store. I have to come here all the time for work - the staff is helpful and cheerful, very rarely have I not found what I’m looking for, the prices are fair, returns are easy, and placing balloons orders online makes for an expedited experience. Well organized and clean store - it’s my go to shop to simply liven up my home and the office for holidays and celebrations.

It was good, they were super nice. I ordered some balloons with the Hi-float option but out of 19 balloons more than half deflated after 2 days.

UPDATE: Zurchers quickly reached out and corrected the problem. I had given them a 4 star, but moving to 5 for the great customer service.
