The cashiers were excellent, and the girl getting my food messed up on the drinks but corrected it. Also, she was pleasant, not making me feel like it was my fault, but understood she didn't understand me, but corrected it promptly and nicely. Keep that nice attitude it will take you far. 😃

I drive from Florissant, MO (passing by two other McDonald’s) to come here. It’s fast and accurate. They’re always so friendly and I feel welcome. Thanks! You don’t get this much these days!

I can't get enough of these McDonald's.. always perfect ❤..save some money...go inside take baby..old folks.. c'mon everyone loves McDonald's...all over the 🌎🌍..app on phone needs bugs worked out...but more than forgiveable...love

Placed a mobile order and the staff was super friendly when picking it up! The food was also very fresh, possibly the best burger I have ever had from McDonalds and fries were perfect. It’s too bad we were just passing by or else we would come back to this location more often.

Got to the East Alton one. Much better and no smartasses that purposely ruin food because you ask for extra sauce. They offered a free replacement but I would rather drive the extra few miles to have my order done right.

This has always been our go to place for french fries when in Alton. I was SO sad to see that it burned down... But I was just as happy to hear that the owner intends to rebuild. The store was always clean and the staff was always friendly. Can't wait until the reopening!

Really busy drive through. It took a while (15+ minutes)to place the order but it was 11:30pm. From that point it only took about two minutes to pay and get the food. Good was good and warm service was friendly. Coke was not good and that is very unusual for McD's!

We go there twice a week to get our dogs triple cheeseburgers. Five triple cheeseburgers every time.

Friendly and quick service everytime I've been. Even when they are packed they get things done in a timely fashion. The Triple Cheese Burger 🍔😋 is so Juicy and FULL of Flavor.
The Mocha Frappe with Extra Extra Chocolate Drizzle and Crushed Oreo Cookies 🍪😋😍 is Hands ✋down one of the best things I've EVER had!! I 100% Definitely Recommend you try it atleast ONCE in your Life! Put it on your Bucket 🪣 📝 List!! The only thing I don't like about the Remodel at the McDonald's on Broadway is that the soda machines are in the back. It just makes the dining area look plan/empty. So that's why I gave it 4 stars for the Atmosphere.

McDonalds strength is in its consistency, when you get exactly what you expect, quickly, at a reasonable price, in a clean location. It's what you expect. When they deliver that experience, you're happy. Or at least satisfied. When they don't, it's really annoying. And their coffee can be surprisingly good.

The best of the McDonald's in our area. Really fast and accurate service. Food is always good and fresh. Parking lot is large and easy to access from both town and highway. Location is also a good spot. Restroom is always been clean that I've seen

Sorry I recently left a bad review for this McDonald’s but it was a different McDonald’s which is located down the road a little, this McDonald’s is a awesome place it just reopened and the drive thru cashier was very helpful and understanding, hat’s off to these folks who we see almost everyday working in food service is a hard job

The staff was very kind and the wait time good. They are working on the streets & side walks in the area with one road is block. It could cause some irrational, but because the workers are so positive and professional, no one seems to mind.
