I had an excellent experience at Discount Tires! They went above and beyond by staying late to finish my car and get me back on the road safely. The team was hardworking and dedicated, and I truly appreciate their effort. I got new tires for my car, and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Discount Tires to anyone in need of quality service. I wanted to thank Isaiah and Jesse and everyone else who worked on the vehicle and stayed on late! I ended up with a nail in my tire last week and I was so pleased with the service at this location. Not only did they patch it for free, as a past customer, but added the caps to my tire that I requested. They weren’t pushy with sales and did not give me an estimate of $6,000 in unnecessary repairs that I have experienced at other businesses. They were also very quick; if I was short on time it would not have disrupted my day too much.

I really appreciate that you can make same-day appointments because sometimes things pop up and you need them done right then. I had to get a tire rotation and because I had an appointment - it was out there in about 45 minutes. I would come here again.

Today was my first visit to this store and now it won’t be my last! I felt welcome and taken care of from the moment I walked in the door. Unlike the other stores I’ve been to, I felt welcome (and the store and bathroom was clean!). Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, I don’t have enough words to describe how thankful I am for making sure my new to me truck was ready to go with my new tires (and new lugs nuts that I didn’t know it needed).

Showed up without an appointment at 4:45 and had new tires installed by 6:00. Customer service was great. This was after I left Big O, where I had an appointment that I had made a week earlier. After waiting a half hour, the clowns at Big O told me they only had 2 of the 4 tires I had ordered. That's what I get, next time I'm going straight to Discount.

Wife called at 4pm today saying her TPMS was reading 12 on the right rear tire, with me too far away to provide any help. She popped into the store minutes after and within 25 minutes, your staff had the tire patched, refilled and mounted. All at $0 cost! It would’ve taken one of our franchised dealers a half day to remedy a tire patch (that’s if you can even get an appointment), so thank you all for your superior customer service and professional and speedy work!

Seriously I've been going to Discount Tire since 1982, in Texas & now CO for the last 5yrs, they just rotated tires on my new car (not theirs), they found a screw and repaired the tire all at no charge all in less than 30min.
The road hazard warranty is why I've been with them for 40yrs. Uniformly all locations I've been to were all professional with no hard sales tactic.
I sound like a commercial...lol, but that's just how it is.

I really like this business. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, service prompt, employees very nice, and I've had zero quality issues as a repeat customer. Plus I keep discovering extra benefits they offer for having purchased/service here when I come in. Also, warranty tire work/replacement was no problem for tires I bought online through tire rack. 👍

Wow! Very impressed by the service we just received. We discovered that a screw punctured our tire, we drove to discount tire as it was the closest location to us. We spoke to Cody who was super friendly on the phone. When we arrived, George took care of us. The notification app was super helpful and they were able to repair our tire within 90 min. As first time customers, this service was free and we were not expecting this so it was a lovely surprise. Will definitely go back for future tire needs. George thank you so much for the amazing customer service!

I picked up a screw today. I still had work to complete, so I was anxious to get going again. They got me out in under an hour. Professional, friendly, great communication. Thank you!!!

I’ve been here several times and they are great with either filling up the air on my tires and patching nails that I’ve gotten.

Got a new set of wheels and tires and the whole experience went flawlessly. I appreciate that I was asked what I wanted instead of told what I need as well as give options for price points. The install portion was great. It was quick and seamless. Every employee here not only shows respect to the customer but to the vehicle as well. 5 stars is not enough!

The staff at the front desk are always so professional and helpful. They always get the work done in the time they say that they will. I’ve been going here for years and love them!

The manager needs to seriously give Damon a raise! Super friendly guy who was the only one that had a smile on his face out of all the workers, chatted about gear knobs, and best tire for my monies. If I pick up a nail I’ll be asking for you, and/or in 4,000 miles for my roto.

Eric was the main guy who helped me and he was amazing! Made the experience an absolute delight. He was so helpful with the information provided and did everything in his power to save me every last dollar and made sure to reassure me of all the other services provided with getting tires put on through discount tire. Very friendly and helpful. Came in with a tear in my tire wall. Unfortunately with my car type needed to replace all 4 to be safe, which they needed to be anyway. Eric was very informative compared multiple tires and got me a good deal, plus got approved for their card to pay off monthly. 30 mins in and out. Definitely would recommend this location.

I have gone to this particular store for many years. They have always given me excellent care. About a week ago my niece, who is a single mom and is unable to work due to having a tumor in her brain the size of a baseball, had one of her tires go flat. This staff at the store could see the pressure she was under trying to figure out how to pay for them.They chipped in and bought the tires for her. She was in tears when she told me about it. She said she has never had someone do something like this for her. Bless you and thank you so much for what you did!

Cody was fantastic. Took very good care of me only thing that was very weird. I booked an appointment and the next day which is this morning at 4:30 in the morning they told me I had an appointment today which it was the day before I think it’s very sad that you text people in the middle of the night, they need to work on the scheduling part. The guys in the shop are incredible.
