HobbyTown Redmond

Probably the best HobbyTown I have been in when it comes to friendly staff. Stock levels were solid with a large variety of RC, models, and toys. Loved the Mini-Z track and items they had in stock to support racing.

Love the new location across the street in the Redmond Town Center! Always the same great help from the guys behind the counter now with a better atmosphere and more floor space. I heard they may even start racing mini-z’s out front!

The number one reason I love HobbyTown is that it stocks Vallejo paints. If you find you need Vallejo Game Color or Air this is the place you need. Their selection of modeling tools is also excellent seems like they have every hobby product that Tamiya sells.

I think I should also mention their R/C products. This isn't my speciality, but it appears to be nearly half the store and have a crew ready to engage on the topic.

A big store with an excellent variety of models, remote control cars/airplanes/boats, and more. It's where I go for model rocket supplies. The new store in Redmond Town Center is very clean and bright.

This place is awesome and in an awesome location now. Much better parking, better stores to visit around, and great places to get lunch.

This is the best Hobbytown I've been to. Joy to browse and everything is well stocked and organized. Coming from Everett it's a long drive but totally worth it. ❤

Awesome shop, open during a wide range of hours. Usually has anything you will need for building models (selection is great), and will order anything they dont have in stock. Staff is super friendly and respectful. Bought an air compressor that didn't work when I got home, and they took it back for full refund no questions asked. Great place to just peruse.

Great spot, the folks there know what they're doing and have always been super helpful and nice to us.
The old location used to have a bell, so my toddler still calls it the ding-dong shop and loves going there! I'm glad the shop crew has been tolerant so far...

Went there to find Dremel X blades, also found CA KICKER. ALSO got a soldering iron for electronic wiring. The staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂 it was kinda hard to find, but I'm patient

I love this place. There is so much you can get from talking to someone face to face about your build, and I've found the guys I've talked to are knowledgeable and passionate about the same things I am, and they can help you get the best results from your hob y stuff. I recently got back into scale modeling after about 20 years, and these guys know all the best stuff (to spend money on 😉)! Good website, but always better in person. I never know what, or how much I need till I'm browsing!!

Best hobby store in the area. Staff are friendly, helpful, and personable. Selection is outstanding. Location is easily accessible since it's in the main mall itself. I've been going here for years, loved it before, love it even more in their new location.

This place is dream shop for kids. Specially middle school and high school. Small kids get toys and gifts everywhere. But if you need grown up kids gifts then this is place to go. RC planes , RC boats , drones , robot kits and many more games. We bought horizon RC plane.

This is a small store with a little of everything. If you like RC Cars and Planes you'll love it. I bought a cheap model I build to fill the time. When I started building it I realized that some of the paint that came with it was completely dry and unusable. I brought it back and the guy was happy to do everything possible to make things better. Customer Service means a lot to me and I really appreciated how things ended up;

We love to support small businesses like this rather than amazon! This shop's variety and quality is wonderful! From a vast variety of model kits to art supplies... remote cars, Gundam kits (up to Real grade). Very helpful staff.
Clean and organized. Comparable prices. Precautionary measures during the pandemic are being observed and enforced. 👍😷

After various misfires online, I was looking for local expert help choosing an RC car for my son and someone from a nearby RC club recommended this place. I was thoroughly pleased with the staff, their domain expertise, and the store inventory. Alex was really an invaluable resource; I will absolutely shop here again.

Staff is super friendly, organized, and knowledgeable. Our family's Radio Controlled RC Transmitter was having issues. They helped us figure out what we needed to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Paul went out of their way to help us get our replacement quickly once we had all of our paperwork put together. It was easy once they talked us through how to do it. We will continue to shop here always.

I frequent this place a lot, ever since 2008 it feels like. Has not changed much other than their inventory. The guys here have tons of knowledge about all acpects of radio control from drones, boats, planes, rock crawlers, gas powered, brushless, etc... Prices are fair and they only supply legitimate brand parts or models. I have never recieved a fake esc or servo from them. I know this can often be a problem when ordering electronic components online.

Awesome place to get kits! a good selection of paints and supplies and the prices aren't that bad either! I do suggest looking at online stores before deciding to buy any kits because sometimes their prices are a little too marked up for my liking but luckily that isn't too common. Guys who run it are nice and know their stuff too. Also a plus for being accessible!
