In a bind, hundreds of miles from home with 5 dogs, they managed to get the service done and get me back on the road in just a couple hours. Full front brake replacement and a tire repar. Jeff Burns was so great. His team checked our tire, repaired it, aired up all four and there was no charge. We were driving through and our truck tire went suddenly to 27 PSI. Definitely recommend. Honest and down to earth. Went above and beyond.

The folks that Les Schwab are great they will even fix your tires at no cost when you didn't buy them there. Now I have a full set of 20-in tires from a Les Schwab lol. You can't beat their service.

I had my truck towed there and dropped off after hours with a flat tire. I called them the next morning when they opened at 8am to give them my info. They had my flat tire repaired and ready to go by 9am free of charge. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. If you did have to wait for your vehicle there are lots of things in walking distance to do.

A couple weekends ago during the moderately severe weather snow storm, I came into Schwab to see if I could get my new chains demonstrated on my vehicle because I had never used or installed myself. A gentleman that was very kind and having a good attitude helped me out no problem. His name was Matt. I was very appreciative of his service and skills. Gold star to this guy. Thank you guys!. I went to this location for a flat tire. I, of course, assumed I had just a leaky hole in my tire. Once my tire was repaired and they spoke with me, they let me know it was a screw. I had no negative experience at this place, I even found a vending machine inside with uncommonly cheap snacks!

I don't live in Sweet Home and this Les Schwab location had never serviced my vehicle, however...

My family and I came to town to watch the Oregon Jamboree. These guys had parking available I their lot for $10 and quickly found us a spot. On seeing the 'Veteran' tags on our van, an attendant asked where I had served.

After a short conversation, he quickly gave me $10 back and thanked me for my service. Ditto the next day. Very polite, helpful, and supportive of the military. If I lived in Sweet Home, my car would be going here for tires.

My son had a flat tire today with a special lug nut key. A guy there told me how to take it off in an emergency situation like we were in. He was just a nice as can be. A life saver. We had to buy two new tires (badly needed). I'm just sorry we couldn't go back to sweet home to do it. We did buy them at a Les Schwab just because of this guys help!!

I can only recommend the Les Schwab Tire Center in Sweet Home. I got a screw in my tire on the way home from work tonight and pulled in at about 5 minutes before they closed. They quickly took care of my tire and had me back on the road in under 10 minutes. I know where I’ll be buying my next set of tires from!

On January 5 2019 I woke to find my first flat tire of the new year, so I aired it up and was able to make it to Les Schwab in Sweet Home. It was very early and the store was to open in an hour or more. Before long Adam and his partner showed up and after opening the store a little Adam came and fixed my tire. Adam and crew were very polite and helpful, and I was out of there before the Les Schwab store was opened. Thanks Adam!

Had a leaking Toyo tire and went there and they fixed me right up at no charge even though I didnt buy the tires they came with the vehicle!! Was so impressed, I got an alignment there as well and that service was as equally impressive. Great store!!
