I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are so kind and caring! Our kitty Qui Qui has a lot of anxiety from a lot of neglect in her last “home”. The staff and providers at Faithful Friends treat her with such gentle kindness!

My GSD has had really bad experiences with Vets in the past. Because of this, he has been terrified by them, the last veterinarian wouldn't even touch him. This was my third shot at finding a vet for him and they did not disappoint from the staff to his new veterinarian Dr Hiatt they are amazing. My very big boy had the best experience he's ever had with the Vet. I would recommend them hands down they are amazing.

It’s the best feeling in the world when you realize that your vet isn’t just there to take care of your pet, they also care about helping you when you’re struggling too. I had to borrow money just to take my pet to the vet when he could barely walk. I couldn’t afford the xray that my vet needed to do a thorough evaluation of his condition either but she did such a thorough examination despite having my barriers interfering with what she was able to do for my dog but she didn’t look down on me or express frustration because I was asking her to fix my dog without having all of the information that would have helped her in her assessment. Instead, she offered to give me the medication that she was going to prescribe him and she didn’t even charge me that much for visit and when I was paying for the visit, they even came out with two bottles of both of the supplements that she recommended i give my dog that she felt would help improve his discomfort and issues. I was so grateful for that level of kindness to me and helping me meet the needs of my pet. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a high quality vet that cares about the humans bringing the animals in too. Joe is doing much better now as well.

Everyone there was very friendly and great with my dog! The doctor explained everything patiently and thoroughly to me, so I could understand the problem. It's the best vet I have been to...I will definitely be returning with our 3 cats as well. They are also fairly priced!

When I Go to this vet they are caring, I feel comfortable taking my pets there. I feel they go over and above to make sure they are checking all aspects where my pet is concerned.

I don't usually write a review but this vet was outstanding to my dog and I. My dog needed emergency surgery she had a life threatening condition and they got me in without any issues. The cost was a bit high since it was an emergency and surgery needed to be done asap. Dr Rideout and Steven were so kind to work with me and do a payment plan for me. Thank you so much for saving my dog!! Everyone was so kind even the receptionist and the helpers who helped during the surgery. I highly recommend this vet!! Paisley and I will forever thank you for helping us and working with us. Also my dog hates the vet and she's hard to work with being a grumpy old husky and they still took her in.

Dr. Botha, her technician team and the front office staff are so wonderful. She took the time and answered all my questions while making me feel heard and understood. She treated my dog as her own opposed to "just another patient" for that reason I will only go to her from now on.

Everything at Faithful Friends was spot on from start to finish. The wait was very minimal, the tech was helpful and engaging and staff even cleaned my carrier that was soiled during the drive over. Dr. Rideout listened to ALL my questions, answered each one thoroughly and with patience and she’s called me promptly with test results. I truly appreciate the entire experience and my cat does too (sorta)…😃.

Our dog is super skittish and all the doctors and techs are super kind and patient with her making her feel as comfortable as possible. They are always up front about costs and make every effort to try less expensive options first if we desire.

When I was on vacation, my dog was hit by a delivery truck and I had a family member bring him in. They called me every day for 3 days to check and see how he was doing. That was above and beyond what I expected. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly.

This is the only vet we have ever taken our rottie to. They have seen her since she was 6 weeks old. They always come out to greet her by name. Great service, care about every animal regardless of breed. Fantastic pricing is just an added benefit! Recommend them to everyone we know or meet! Used many vets over the years and we are so thankful to have found Faithful Friends!

I totally trust Dr. Hiett, Dr. Stender or Dr. Rideout with the care of my dogs. They have always treated my dogs with care and compassion.

very nice and friendly , they've helped me with finding the place .. they took me in right away as I was late because I did not know exactly where it was located. Very friendly and very understanding and took my Lucy in right away ..

Oh my!!! Thank you so much!! These people are the best!! They took such very good care of my Schnauzer, Rembrandt. He had surgery yesterday. I couldn't recommend them higher. They were so considerate for years with my last Schnauzer, Oskar. Thank you all for being here for us. You are a credit to our community for sure.

Faithful Friends got Bella (goldendoodle) in quickly to inspect her wound and everyone was super kind and caring for her. The staff has always taken excellent care of my fur family; everyone has treated them with love.

This clinic has been one of the best things about living in Lebanon. Every one on staff was kind, helpful, and just amazing. We are sorry to be moving away from them, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I know we were definitely a handful and more, when I brought my dogs in but it felt very welcoming and the vet took her time allowing my dogs to be comfortable with her before having to give their shots. Thanks you so much for easing my nerves when talking them.
