After a couple of really frustrating visits to the American Fork store, it was a breath of fresh air to visit the Saratoga store. They were super-friendly, so helpful, and very knowledgeable.

The employees working at this location are very nice and welcoming. I had an issue with my phone and they where able to resolve it very quickly.

I was actually a little reluctant to come in due to some poor yelp reviews, but I live close and wanted my new iPhone as quick as I could get it. But I had such a good experience with Arlene. The poor reviews either aren’t accurate or have nothing to do with her because she was quick, professional and personable. I don’t expect to have many in store needs but if I do I’ll be walking in with no more reluctance!! 10/10

Normally I always have va hard time with t mobile but Pablo at this store was more than helpful and also very straightforward to work with. Highly recommend coming to see him if you come into this location

When I went in, the store was packed. I was quickly greeted and talked a few minutes to a worker. They told me they would be with me soon. They were very helpful. The vibe of the store was fun. I was excited to switch to T-Mobile. I recommend this store if you are looking to switch like I did.

Overall fairly pleased with T-Mobile despite the haters and difficulty woth switching lines and plans. The saving grace, after numerous minutes on the phone to CSupport, was going into the Saratoga storefront and letting Roland take the wheel. The staff was friendly throughout the store and I did have a difficult situation switching accounts that "must be handled by CSupport over the phone". After frustration of transfers and erroneous charges I needed a fix or was headed to ATT. With Roland's clear explanations, understanding attitude and unforced upsales (durable phone cover case and accessories) with a workable resolution, he really saved a customer here by playing a knowledgeable middleman ensuring exceptional service.

Awesome experience. Daniel was super helpful and even giftwrapped the phones for us. He was very knowledgeable and the customer service here was great!

What a refreshing visit to the T-mobile store. Isaac literally went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied. I had been with AT&T for over 20 years and their service and quality of cell coverage has deteriorated. The experience of talking to T-Mobile and AT&T was like night and day.

Thank you Isaac for taking care of our six lines and being so patient with me. I watched as he worked with other people and he treated them the same way.

T-Mobile is lucky to have you work for them.

The whole vibe of the store was good, he was working with another employee who was a young lady with red hair who also had great customer skills.

The coverage of my new service is much MUCH better than my old AT&T and for less money.

This is the best T-mobile store in the valley. Brandi has done a great job making customers feel welcome. When corporate tried to over charge me for something I stopped in and she took her time to straighten it out for me. I feel like they care about the people that walk through the door, and would recommend this store to anyone. Brandi is the best!

This might be long, but I made the switch from Verizon to T-mobile a couple of days ago. I was with Verizon for about 10 years. I wanted to upgrade my plan with Verizon to unlimited from an 8GB shared plan between 2 lines. A new customer with Verizon could get two lines with unlimited data and 2 Galaxy S10's for a total estimate of $183. When I asked Verizon how much that would cost me they told me $209, before taxes.

I told them that didn't make sense and after 30 minutes of them "trying" to find me the best deal, they transferred me to someone else, who said they got my back, and would take care of me. His deal was the same, or he could save me money by having me use my S8's that were paid off, and then just put me in unlimited (head shake).

After 70 minutes, I tweet out my frustrations and tag T-mobile in. They reply super fast, and there to help. I went back and forth and the guy even offered to follow up on Saturday if I still needed assistance. Already feeling much better about the service with T-Mobile. I didn't to wait so stopped by this store on my way home.

I had some questions and Roland was awesome from the start. He had the answers. He was great at building rapport with me. He listened to what I needed, empathized, and really sold me on T-Mobile. He was AWESOME to work with. While there, the other guy in the store was helping out other customers, and looked like he was offering some great service too, but Roland was great.

Not only did I end up with what I wanted, but even got a deal for my daughter, her first phone.

So far I've been super impressed with the level of service I've received from T-Mobile and Roland. Even after I got home, Roland send me a text saying that I'm going to be getting an even better deal because of something else he found on the phone for my daughter. I was stoked.

My recommendation, if you live in the area and want to switch providers, go check out this T-mobile store. Roland was awesome, but I'm sure all the employees there will take care of you.

Notice: I know this sounds like I might be related to Roland because of my rave review of him, but that was the first time I met him, and he was just super personable.

I had ordered phones at another store and they did not send me DocuSign so the order was cancelled. I went back to this store to have them sort it out. I was greeted by Jayden and he is awesome. He had the phone I needed in stock and within minutes the transaction was done. He has excellent customer service, he is personable and makes sure all your needs are taken care of. Jayden is amazing at putting on screen protectors! I can't even tell it's on my phone. Very pleased with all the help and patience he had with me. Thank you Jayden!

The guys here are really nice. I can't understand why this store has so many sour reviews. My husband bought me an iPhone from here and he said the service was quick and helpful. I went in today to get some accessories and they guys were really great. They didn't have a specific protective case that I wanted but they sold me one similar to it and said I can come pick up the case I do want once it comes in. I thought that was pretty cool.

Normally I don't go out of my way to leave a positive review on a store or transaction but today I had the pleasure of working with Brenden whom I believe is a (the?) general manager.

Brenden went out of his way to help me out on a plan adjustment that was both technically difficult to migrate and one from which he could expect to see no personal gain (commission, up-sale, spiff or otherwise). I've worked in similar jobs to his, and I knew going in that what I needed was of benefit only to me and would be a pain with no gain for the staff.

I assumed that the staff would probably hate dealing with my particular issue and I went in expecting to be argumentative. But they didn't hate dealing with me, and there were no arguments to be had. Only fantastic service.

Brenden spent quite a lot of time helping me out. He went above and beyond what he was required to do. The guy is great management if I've ever seen it.

I have no affiliation or connection with this store or its management other than my interaction today and do not know Brenden personally. I just want to make sure he and his store get the recognition I believe they deserve for being exceptional today.

Saratoga Springs Store staff - 5 stars. T-Mobile corporate customer service - ZERO stars.
After chatting with support for help with my broken screen cover that I had paid extra for to have as part of my 360 protection plan, they spent an hour telling me that I hadn't purchased the protector and I would have to buy another one and didn't budge from that line. So I worked with the store and within 5 minutes, it was settled and the replacement was on its way. There were no accusations, just a quick solution. Thanks again for the help!

Alexa and Ricky were so helpful! I’ve never had a better experience with a phone service company! They helped with every need of ours and gave us the best deals they could! Thank you guys again! They were also very fun to talk to! Highly recommend!

I love this T-Mobile location. Recently, Tyler (visiting from PG store), was helping this location for the day and an IRATE customer was irritated that Tyler was helping two people at one time. Imagine that... Tyler went out of his way to multi-task to try to get people served in a timely manner and was yelled at for it. Tyler handled it perfectly and continued to help two, even three people at once in an organized and speedily manner. He went above and beyond to get people served and for that I feel like he deserves a 5 star review. He could have caved to the guys lame complaint, but he didn’t. Thanks Tyler for the EXCELLENT customer service and for saving me about 200 dollars, which I believe had you not been as good as you were, you probably wouldn’t have found it. Thank you again!!!!

We've been with T-Mobile for years. And this location has been our go-to ever since we moved to Saratoga not just due to proximity, but for the customer service as well. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to us. And we are usually in there a few times throughout the year for various reasons. There have only been a few issues that they themselves could not help us with only due to them not being able to in store, requiring us to call T-Mobile directly. But usually they'll get corporate on the phone for us if we're having any major issues they can't resolve on their own. On really busy days, I'll either try to come back later or call corporate if it's something that can be handled over the phone, as they can get very swamped at times. One thing people forget, is while they do try to help with anything that's in their power to help with, there are some things a retail store is unable to do anything about.

These guys were fantastic, switched carriers and got a new iPhone and Apple Watch, all of it in under an hour! Would definitely recommend stopping by here for anything that's needed, as well as trying to avoid the busier times of the day since there's a gym right next door that can make parking a bit difficult and the store more busy than at other times of day. All-in-all, the best experience I've had so far stopping by a phone carrier's store to get a lot done, in a small amount of time.

Patty has gone above and beyond to help us on multiple occasions. When we got started Patty helped us move over and trade in our phones and she made the mistake of giving us her cell phone number if we have any questions. So now several months later there have been multiple times that I’ve reached out to her about one thing or another and she’s been patient, understanding, and has personally helped us through the issues we’ve faced. We’ve never had service like this with any other phone company, especially Verizon which is where we came from. #TeamPatty
