Nice place,Friendly Staff. Lots of goodies in here and most are very reasonably priced. These Oregon Harbor Freights have things in them I haven't seen in any other state. You need specialty tools this is the place. Nice selection of Firearm cases and safes as well.

Very helpful, even when the doors should be closing

I recently had an extremely difficult time at the store, and in the end, it was John Mortiz who came to my rescue. He went above and beyond to resolve a pressing issue I had, even making a personal visit to the store.

I can't commend his leadership and handling of the situation enough. It's clear that his dedication and commitment make a real difference. He is someone who really is hard to find in the work force.

Harbor freight you guys have a keeper here.

The quality and selection of tools and supplies is improving dramatically. The brushless tools, tool boxes, home security and lighting are all improved. I was very impressed to see that they have sourced some brand name solar power stations for a wide offering of portable and house solutions with new tech [LIFEP04] batteries. Excellent for portable power for a wide variety of applications. Excellent!

First time at this location. Very clean. Wasn’t crowded. Cashier was very friendly, funny & helpful. Will be shopping here again soon. They have lots of coupons online. Good prices, huge selections.

Great service. When I was checking out the checker said hold on for a second while she was able to pull up a coupon for a few items I was buying. Took about 30 seconds and saved me over $29. Now that's what I would call exceptional service

Lots of things in here and the staff are very very helpful and friendly. They can get busy at times because they are very popular and have good buys. Keep your eyes on the lookout for the coupons adding even greater value.

Went in to purchase air compressor and the gal who checked me out went above great customer service and saved me 25% off with coupon I didn't know about. Awesome job!!!

Always have what I need for home projects at a great price. They have added new lines of higher quality tools like Ikon and Warrior for added quality and appeal. Automotive and towing supplies also stocked.

Let me stay by saying, the customer service here is absolutely great, quite possibly one of the best that I have had at any of the hf's. Not only that but I have been through the rut and these people have always figured out a way to work with me. Besides that, it's harbor freight, where a few dollars puts you back on track when you need a quick tool come up.

Shelves were a little bare. Out of stock for item that I needed I had to upgrade to a more expensive model. Why 5 stars you ask. The front counter dude took the time and cared enough to offset some of my extra cost immediately. He knew the importance and my need. And offered a discount before I even had a chance to ask for one.
