I have had the distinct pleasure of working with the folks at Lief Organics for the past three years. In my business we work with hundreds of companies. In all honesty I would rank Lief Organics amongst the top tier of companies that I am associated with. In all my dealings with the people at Lief Organics I find them to be totally above board and as honest as the day is long. This is strictly from a business point of view. I have also used their amazing protein products and, just as the company that manufactures the products, they are top notch and if I could give them 10 stars rather that just 5 I would gladly rate them much higher. I highly recommend and endorse not only the products that come from Lief Organics, I also believe that anyone that wants to do business with a company that excels in product development, and knows the meaning of great service, would be well served by this company!

Lief Labs is by far the best contract manufacturer I've worked with. They go above and beyond to develop high quality products ship it on time. There ability to turn around quotations is unbeatable and they will take the time to understand your needs and provide flexible solutions. I'll be using Lieflabs for all my products now. Honestly, can't put into words how amazing my experience with Lief was.

I had a miserable experience with another manufacturer that almost tanked my business, excuse after excuse, lateness, etc..

Jacob and the team were timely, amazing with communication, explained and held true to any boundary established from the onset, and hit their deliverables on time with great quality.

Truck access is from Livingston Avenue.
It's rather tight but they have the parking lot blocked off so trucks can maneuver enough to get in.
Maybe an hour to load.
The loads are not heavy and it goes good.

EXTREMELY unhappy!!!! We are at 10months to re-flavor an existing product... Did two taste tests in 6 months... Two taste tests... Even sent them a product to match flavor and they never matched it. Second taste test was EXACTLY the same a the firts. This "should" have been complete within 6 months at the MOST. Even calculated an extra 2 months into the product run. Figured it'd at least be done in 8 months. They have 1/2 our money for the production run. Told if we paid it would be expedited... Asked 7+ times to fly out and get the flavor done in a day. Told me it would be quicker to do it by mail... Still do not have the flavor complete. There were multiple gaps in responses (2+weeks at a time) where I followed up multiple times and never heard back from our rep! Expressed 3 times with emails this needed attention. AND stated we were low on product, this needed to to be complete. FINALLY called and got through to the NEW SVP of sales. Got a new rep, but still taking a LONG time. Even went to an outside flavor house to get things moving quicker. By the time I get in line for production it'll be 13-14 months to RE-FLAVOR an existing product!!!! FREAKING CRAZY! We are now out of product... Loosing our monthly subscribers... They've messed up on two other product runs for us. LAST run with them... Going to another manufacture. PLUS we had another product in the pipeline with them. Complicated product, (project has gone on and off, not all their doing) BUT we've been working on it for over 2+ years. A FREAKIN joke working with them. And they are more expensive as they are located in California. Go to central state manufactures. You'll get better service and less expensive products. Business killer... Taking legal action against them as I write. Surprised their Google rating isn't lower than a 3.8. - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I wish zero starts could be an option, to evaluate this place, they are really un-organized, this place is run by, fear and incompetence, they use a staffing company to avoid liabilities, the regular employees, in there are permitted to abuse verbally and mentally drain the temporary help, they laugh at them and evaluate them, by race, they look to find weaknesses and overworked you, until last minute to force you out to quit, this way the regulars keep their jobs. Experience says a Company employee is a clear reflection of management,. Management is NOT interested on the employees, they care about numbers at any COST,. Therefore, if you are about to joint, this place,? Do your research, 1st, see all the other 5 star reviews, read those fake names, is all, about damage control.

always late on orders. 6-8 weeks lead time turns into 12-13. Sales rep is nice but company does not get work done. Do not go here if you want a sustainable business.
