This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.

Lovely person behind the counter when I visited today. She was very helpful. Above and beyond!

The grandpa who works in the front is very helpful and extremely friendly!

I have been to that office twice now and the counter is closed for business. Sign says to go to the main post office, really? Lights are on and people are working in the background. Whats going on in this place?

I went to the post office to mail a letter this morning and asked the female staff a few questions. Her attitude was bad. I had never seen such a nasty person. I didn’t want to curse her, but her attitude directly reflected that she must have suffered something wrong. Happy things, the post office serves the society. First of all, you must recognize your position and job responsibilities. Don’t look high and don’t want to serve everyone. You can be a leader. I don’t think she has the ability, even the most basic. I can’t do all the work well. I’ve been to an older man and very harmonious. I hope there are more good worker like him

This place sucks for every reason.

A black lady works at the front desk, i kept calling "Hello, good morning" for 2 -3 times, she didn't come out, I knew she is right there; and someone came and ring the bell, she came out immediately. Ok, if she likes to be treated like this with a ring bell, sure. This one could be my fault, cause I didn't follow the "rule" but try to use human way to communicate. fine.

The second reason is she acts really cocky, I don't see the reason where it comes from. Plus, I asked her if there is large mail box, and she said, if there is none over there, probably No. Oh, PROBABLY, don't this store have any inventory? I think they do, the only thing is she doesn't want to pick it up for me. this is really a stupid lie, the worst part is she assumes i am the same kind and would buy it.

I am sure this review won't be evaluated by USPS, and that lady will still do whatever she thinks right, nothing affects minimum wage, no performance pay, no bonus whatsoever.

Go to another place and save your day. DO NOT go to this store. period.

I went into this post office today to send an important package. My envelope needed a piece of tape to be fully sealed. The person behind the counter told me I need to purchase a full roll of tape for $3.89 in order to fully seal the envelope. The package needed to go out today. In the past, they would put the piece of tape on the package for free. I walked out of there with my package. It will be late. I will not pay $3.89 for a piece of tape.

This place has multiple different hours of operation posted on their front door and yet they still don’t open on time to align with any of them. On google it says they open at 9… Waited for 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to open but had to leave.

Waited since a few minutes before 9, finally knocked because no one came to open the window (supposed to be open 9-4)
Package worker comes by and says there's no one there, "Maybe someone will come at 10." Huh??

Unless it is the elderly spectacled gentleman at the counter, there is no one else. And he is thorough and helpful. Hope he continues to work here.

When John and the other post man are their, the store works well.

The rest of the staff is terrible.
