I don't understand these reviews. I expected the worse when I got there and I had such a pleasant experience. I was assisted by an older Asian woman who was SUPER nice. My transaction went quickly and smoothly!

I’ve sent close to $100k I’m packages through this post office and they’ve all been delivered safely, undamaged, and on time to their respective recipients. Their customer service is unmatched. They are always friendly, professional, and greet by name. I don’t use any other post office for my pricey shipments. Keep up the great work and thank you for your top notch service!

Amazon told me my package arrived at USPS. Drove all the way there to see if I can take instead of letting them deliver it and the staff was able to give me my package. Employee at the facility was very nice to me and a big smile.

I'm visiting from out of the country and needed to mail a letter and a package. I was very apprehensive about visiting this location after reading the terrible reviews here, but I decided to take a chance anyway. I'm happy to report that I had an excellent experience. I went at 4:30 pm and barely had to wait for 1 minute in line. The gentleman serving me was polite and helpful and answered the two questions I had (if it would be cheaper to mail my parcel in a flat-rate box and if my packaging was sufficient). I was out of there within 5 minutes after mailing my two items. (I paid cash so no experience with the debit machine).

Super friendly staff. I find that any customers that don't like the post office is because they are lazy and do no research first. You can't just show up at a busy place and act like a two year old and say do this and do that for me. Learn how to pack a box, learn how to fill out the correct shipping label. Don't try to pack a box and fill out a label at the counter while people with a brain who are prepared have to wait for your dumb ass! I pack boxes at home, print my own labels. While some lady show up with a sweater in a paper bag and say's "Ship this to India for me" Yikes, get a clue!

A pleasure to deal with always. They have no problem post marking my one envelope each time everytime whereas lazy workers elsewhere say no to me. They also keep this place clean as they try to wipe the counter when there is no traffic

I read all these bad reviews, but I just got back from there and the service at the counter was great! I had a huge stack of certified letters to mail and they did it without any complaint.

So far don’t have any issues, front desk staff had been really nice to answer all queries.

Always a pleasant experience! I live less than a mile away, been using this post office for years never seen or experienced rudeness of ANY kind!

Every time I go here they are friendly and helpful. I have yet to have a bad time experience. Staff is also kind and patient with their customers.

In and out in 2 minutes. No problems.

They too deliver the mail.
