Mike and Julian got me parts (new belt and new H20 control, because I stripped the old one) for my GE WASHER. Not only that they supplied new "actual hose washers". BEST PLACE. Local and awesome IMO!

After searching online for a new refrigerator, I chose a GE model with specific qualities. I wanted to shop local and checked out Merit's Home Center's website and found the model I was looking for and at a great price. I called them up and arranged to pick up the frig that very afternoon. The whole experience was 'no pressure', timely, and the employees were professional and helpful. My family is very happy with our new refrigerator. Thank you Merit's!

Very helpful staff. The appliances are high quality to choose from, and they will deliver/bring out to your car. We recently purchased all new appliances from them.

The guys at Merits are awesome. At first I thought they sold wheelchair parts. I needed to get my mom's 1984 Dodge wheelchair fixed. But I found out they sold appliances, and now I'm going to go down there and see if they have a grey LG washer pedestal that is also a washing machine. I'll pay anything! I'm having a hard time finding one, but I'm sure to find one at Merits.

Our hot tub was in need of a new cover and Merit's Home Center was the closest dealer to buy from. There was a misunderstanding on the cover we needed. The owner, Ryan, was quick to respond and fixed the situation and provided excellent customer service.

Knowledgeable and helpful employees... would rather buy here for slightly more $ to get good service.

The customer service was 5 stars alone. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I would consider myself somewhat of an annoying customer as I am a big time bargains hunter and struggle to commit to anything. after 3 days of answering my constant calls and questions I bought a completely different washing machine then I had in mind. And they gave me an INCREDIBLE price. I could not be happier. I spent less then I had expected and Came home with a way fancier machine than I ever could have imagined being able to afford. I had a very similar experience last fall when I bought a freezer from them. I hardly write reviews but I am so impressed with Merits I just had to. And did I mention I got a great warranty!!! I could not be happier with my experiences with this business.

They had the exact part available to get my dryer working

I called Merit's for an install of an oven I bought elsewhere. These guys showed up and went so far beyond what I could have imagined. Not only did they fix my cutout so it would fit properly, they left and machined a piece of trim so the unit would look better after install.

I really can not say how much I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and attitude of the men that showed up. Ryan especially was outstanding.

I bought this oven elsewhere but I will 100% buy the rest of my appliances from Merit's.

We bought a washer and a dryer from Merits. The washer showed error messages right from the beginning. Machines like this can get wrong. However, the humane response we got from Merit's management was beyond our expectation. They made sure that the parts needed for repair arrive through expedited shipping and came on a Saturday to fix it. When I offered to pay for the expedited shipping, as it was not in the warranty, they politely declined it. I highly recommend them for appliances.

Our appt wasn’t until a week out and they had cancelation and came same day I called. The tech was great, very friendly and educated, he took the time to explain and show things to me and educated me. I REALLY appreciate things like that. Couldn’t have asked for a better tech to fix my stove.

I am beyond impressed with the team work of this store. I personally thank Greg in repair and Mike in scheduling. I think my homemade chocolate chip cookies should pay a visit to this staff coming up in the fall. Thank you guys for helping me get a dishwasher after waiting an entire month (not you of course). I highly recommend this store for appliance repair, but also new appliance sales. Ryan you hire great people!

Hands down best customer service from start to finish! Found this place after returning a rental car across street. I was going to head to Home Depot for an appliance sale but I love Shopping small business and shopping local. Was greeted first by nick who had huge smile and very helpful. Next Ryan helped us pick the perfect refrigerator (went with whirlpool with French doors and love it!) and whirlpool stove. Ryan even went under the price of sale! We were so happy we returned the next day and brought a washing machine. No doubt we will be back! So thankful to have found this gem of a place!

We have an older Frigidaire refrigerator that has been very reliable since purchasing it in 2010. Our ice maker in the freezer stopped working about January 30, 2021. A call to Merits, where we had bought the appliance, resulted in Brian fixing our problem within 24 hours of our call. He was very pleasant, analyzed the nature of the problem from our information and his inspection. He even corrected an error he noticed on the fill-tube installation which should prevent the problem from recurring. He wore mask precautions, and was courteous and professional throughout. Brian came to our house to fix our washer, arrived on time, and was very professional. We had ordered an incorrect part. He had someone bring the correct one to our house so we wouldn’t have to be without a washer/have to reschedule. And...he did not charge us for the incorrect part, or the extra time! I’ve never done an online review, but the service was so great, I took time out of my day to share this

I've been a customer of Merit's for many years. I just bought a new washer and dryer from them and was very pleased with the deal I got and the way I was treated. Don't assume the big box stores have the best deals. Merit's beat them all in this instance. Plus Merit's has parts and service if needed, not so at the big box stores.

Recently purchased a chest freezer from Merit's. I looked at the floor model and it was too small but they informed me they had larger ones in their warehouse and within an hour it was delivered to me at the store while I waited! They also offered me a military discount which I did not even ask for! Very professional and courteous too!
