Rock Hill True Value

This is a clean and bright store well stocked. The staff is always very helpful in my experience. Located between the YMCA Wellness Center (a gym) and Publix Supermarket. They might save you a trip to the Bigger Big box if you live nearby. They DON'T carry Lumber.

Great place... beats any of the Lowes or Home Depot's for hardware HANDS DOWN! No one comes close to them in York County if you need a specific screw, bolt, or various specialty hardware. Great people there and a good variety that I try to shop from vs giving the big box people my money. Wish they opened on Sunday's.

Jay gave excellent customer service and represent what customer looks like. He kept me posted on the status of my order. Usually you have to keep calling the store, but not with Jay, he is on it. He should be a trainer on the training team because thats how good he is or the deserves a award or bonus.

I don't know where to start other than Alex is the real deal. As I was pulling up I to the store I realized I had a flat tire. Alex came to assist. Within moment after Alex offered to help I also locked my keys in my truck. Alex was there to help with that as well. This guy went beyond the call of duty for me before spending a dime in the store . This world could definitely use more solid people like him.

Fantastic customer service. Each and every employee treats you like family, and they are all very knowledgeable about their products. I came in for something small and ended up with the entire store singing happy birthday to my son. I'd much rather support this local store than the big box stores.

Everyone here is super friendly. The staff will treat you with respect and dignity. I would gladly pay extra for the products sold here just to have the experience. That being said, they have competence prices on things you need. They always ask if you need help right when you walk in and help you find the item you are looking for. If you just want to browse around, you can. Everything is clean and in its spot.

I found exactly what I needed! Also, if you need a spare car key, this IS the place to go.
I had two Hummer keys cut while I shopped and they were a fraction of the cost at the dealer.

so great not have to go to the big box store. the employees are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of products. they're definitely my go to hardware place.

Each time I've been here they have been very helpful and got me just what I needed. They are very friendly and had good conversation too. Way better than competitors in the area.

The staff are friendly and super helpful, just like your old fashioned hardware store. Whatever you need they will help you find it. The young man that helped me even helped me figure out the best way to accomplish what I wanted to do.
