Harbor Freight Tools

This place is good for finding a lot of tools at decent prices. I bought all kinds of tools here. If you need tools quick and cheap this it. Their Doyle and icon brands are great. Good place for new wrench turner or the ones doing small home improvements. Just don't go here for tool boxes always never in stock.

Harbor Freight has come a long way in the last 20 years. They have good solid tools that work great and are very impressive. I love it when i get a sale emails. The ppl at the Rock Hill store are super nice and friendly.

A lot of people have jokes to make about Harbor Freight in the tool world, however when it comes down to the brass tacks of their tools there is nothing better for the price you pay. If you’re in a pinch and need a specific tool for a specific job, Harbor Freight WILL have it 99% of the time. This particular store is wonderful, great staff, and always stocked on anything you could ever need.

I've been eyeing a ac winch for my shop for quite some time. Bought it a few days ago at a very reasonable price. When I used it today I was very impressed with it. It was much stronger than I anticipated. Staff was courteous and swift.

You can't beat the price of these tools. I have been here on multiple occasions when I needed to get something cheap for a project I have back at home. Great place to get decent tools and some of the tools even have a lifetime return policy if they break.

Went to harbor freight for a couple of items. What a pleasant experience. Ask an employee where the items were. She immediately told me what aisles they were located. This is not the norm in other big box stores! You are lucky if you find someone to ask a question. Customer service is alive and well at the harbor freight store in Rock Hill. Great Job!

Friendly staff, great products, awesome prices!

We come to this location often for supplies when we’re doing projects around the house due to their great prices. The staff is very helpful with any questions and when we bring our dog they’re always so friendly to him.

Remember to go online to get your coupons. They will scan your coupon code straight from your phone. They will even help you find your coupons if you need them to. This place is clean and very organized.

Same selection, value, and quality that has been consistent with many of their stores I've been to throughout the south, but their manager, Danda, is an excellent lady who went the extra mile for us by holding some items that were out of stock at all the Charlotte stores. She made us feel very welcome and showed us right to another item we were looking for, even though she was obviously very busy. Throughout our whole encounter, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend this location especially for the top notch customer service!

I went in and guy named Zach hooked me up with a 10 in. Single Bevel Compound Miter Saw. he also informed me about a 90 day return and he also hooked me up with a 2 year warranty! all around a great store and great customer service.

Love this store, clean, friendly, great quality tools. Only issue is they like to advertise to get you in store, then tell ya they are out. Overall though great place

A good selection of miscellaneous tools. Some are questionable quality, but for personal use my experience has been positive.
Definitely need to have current flyer - preferably mailed version - to get all sale prices and occasional freebies.

Found a toolbox I want before the end of February 😆

Everyone likes to knock Harbor Freight. We get it they have some cheap stuff here. But sometimes you only need a tool for one quick job so you don't need to sped much anyways. This place also sends out 20% off coupons in the mail all the time. They really do have great customer service here so I would check it out!!

Great selection of budget tools for the average do-it-yourselfer. Friendly and helpful staff.

My welding hood went "kaput" at work. I had read great reviews on the one that they carry. It was in stock, so I bought it. Even got the extended warranty because of the full replacement clause. The cashier was friendly, explained the warranty & let me know that my receipt was in the system if I ever needed a replacement. Best $200 I've spent for work yet!
