I help take care of someone else's property, sadly they passed away and I didn't know anything about his John Deere 5083e but I knew it needed to be serviced. I called P&K and talked to Anissa the service manager and told her what was going on. I don't have a trailer big enough to take the tractor to them. She said no problem we can do it there or bring it in and service it. She then had Becky do the estimate and once the owners daughter approved it P&K picked up the tractor, a young man named Spencer picked it up and even helped me remove the brush hog quickly. Everyone I talked to at the dealership was helpful and respectful and Spencer was great!!
If they decide to trade for a smaller tractor or keep this one we'll deal with P&K . Great service, good price and friendly staff 👍

I had an old Stihl chainsaw giving me problems. The recent tornado passing through town made the service department very busy with everyone needing repairs done. Bobby in service immediately checked over my saw for me and gave me guidance on what the next steps should be. In the end, I purchased a new saw from P&K because my old one was getting pretty tired. If it weren’t for Bobby, I probably would have wasted more money on fixing my old saw that might not run much longer. I really appreciate Bobby and the lady who helped me in service (my apologies, I can’t remember her name) at P&K in Bartlesville and I plan to do business there anytime the need arises.
