Steve at downtown Tate boys has been super helpful. They changed all four of my tires and alignment at an affordable price and it didn’t take them long at all. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time customer to visit Tate Boys. Did not have an appointment when I arrived but employee at counter took my info ask if I would like to wait and I said yes. He explained they offer complimentary tire rotation with oil change which was awesome. As I waited in lobby for my services I observed a high level of customer service and several customer that had flat repairs and were told there was no charge which I thought was a very good service to customers. Definitely would make myself want to visit again when I would need tires or something else for sure. Very satisfied with the service I received and the exceptional customer service. Highly recommend

My husband & I often use Tate’s as our primary example of a stellar business when we talk about building trust in the marketplace and creating an exceptional customer experience. Over multiple years, we have seen Tate’s go above and beyond to do the right thing and treat their customers the way they’d want their own family members to be treated. Top examples:
1) Very graciously and respectfully (NOT condescendingly) letting me know I did not need to change our truck’s oil every 3k miles since synthetic is good for 6k, 2) Not charging us for a service when it didn’t fix the problem, even though they did legitimate work to explore the issue but it turned out to be a much larger more expensive problem than expected, 3) changing flat tires for free multiple times. We literally use the phrase “The Tate’s Effect” to describe the amazingly positive experience they create.

The guys were so nice and professional. They got my car done in the time I was told. I am from out of state but I would stop there again if I needed another oil change while visiting. Thanks Tate Boys!!

Alex was great with his customer service. I was given great car care and my tires drove great. my car drives like new with the alignment I received. Fast service! Absolutely will keep going back!

Tate’s is always so pleasant and helpful It’s nice to go somewhere for service and the staff acts like they are happy to see you Alex found the problem with my car very quickly and got me fixed up He even offered to give me a ride home

Just moved here from out of state so this was my first time to visit Tate Boys. Brought in our 2 vehicles for oil change and tire rotation. Top-notch service from the minute we walked in the door. Couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend them.

Arrived shortly after 5pm In and out in 20 minutes or less and NO CHARGE to fix my tire!

My family has used Tate Boy's off and on over the years.(we've moved away and came back) they are always fair to us. They give prices up front. And do FREE nail repairs. Which is a live saver in Bartlesville. They still offer "tire warranty" it's about 20$ a tire that they will replace a tire in 3 years time if it's not patch-able. Alot of their competitors have done away with that.

Had friendly service on this last oil change ( downtown)! My ONLY complaint ( if I had to have one) would be the lengthy time it took. Knowing they are under construction, can't complain too much. Friendliness goes a long way!

I was helped with carrying in the tires and I promptly looked up an and told to come back in an hour. Got a text that they were ready. Paid what I owed and was helped carrying them to car. Great job!!!

The people interacted with were quite friendly & their price for car battery compared to their competition was much better! Their facility was comfortable. One of their mechanics took the time to try to fix a long-standing issue in my car- I was very impressed & charged me nothing! Great people, great prices & I will definitely do business at Tate Boys!

I called Tate Boys. Alex was so helpful about everything so that I understood. He made me an appointment for 3:30 pm. They were very courteous. I went back today. They added some antifreeze to my car. He thanked me for coming. I’m much more pleased than the Tate Boys in Tulsa.

Tate Boys is ALWAYS my go to. They go above and beyond to take care of anything I need done and the work is top notch and I don’t have to wait weeks to get in. I encourage anyone who needs any kind of work done to start by calling Tate Boys. If they can’t do it they’ll send you to someone who can.

The Tate boys staff is always so helpful. Alex always goes approve and beyond for my family. Wouldn’t go any where else for service.

Downtown location always comes through! The staff are upbeat and friendly, the speed of service is crazy fast and they usually have free popcorn so the kids don't mind the wait either.

As always the downtown Bartlesville team were happy to patch my tire at no cost, and had me in and out in no time. Fantastic customer service. A business that deserves customer loyalty. Thanks to everyone there.
