AT&T Store

I went in to get a new phone. The salesperson, Bryce Smith, informed me that I actually had the upgrade option on my phone plan, I was pleasantly surprised and I got a great deal on a new iPhone. He also was able to help me with the accessories that I wanted, I fall a lot so he made sure the cover had a good quality. I then inquired the a Iwatch and he informed me about the fall alert setting. New phone, new watch and accessories... I am extremely happy!!!! He was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. AT&T is really lucky to have such a great person working on their team. KUDOS to him!!!!

Bryce S was exceptional and so knowledgeable about the phones and accessories. He was able to get me the best phone available and great accessories that I needed. I was definitely happy with everything when I left. I will definitely keep doing business with at&t and Bryce S., very respectful, kind and friendly as well as knowing what he's doing.

Frank Crane is my go to employee at the Bartlesville store. He is professional 100% of the time, highly knowledgeable, and provides phenomenal customer service with a smile on his face.

Are salesman at Bartlesville store was great but the manager was terrible very rude

Tad helped my husband and I get set up with services, he was very patient and helpful with any questions we had. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad we got the opportunity to meet him and for him to help us out especially with the long day we had dealing with another phone company beforehand.

Ask for B. Harp! He is awesome, patient, knowledgeable and customer service focused. He has waited on us multiple times and we always leave with a resolution to our challenge and other options to think about for optimizing our ATT service. I was very relieved to see him working this morning when I walked in and waited until he was finished because I knew I would get resolution for my issue. I had previously spent hours on the phone attempting to get my issue resolved and in less than 45 minutes I was on my way. My next challenge I will avoid the frustration of the online help and go directly to B. Harp.

Michelle was great! I was able to get a new phone, and she set it up and paired it with my watch, too. Everyone, including the manager I chatted with, was very pleasant to work with! I was told to stop back in if I needed any help, or assistance. I'm happy with my new purchase.

I was recently helped by Brian Harp. In the more than ten years I have been coming in I always request him because I trust him. He is knowledgeable and courteous and I never leave without issues resolved. He also makes sure I'm up to date on other available services.

I had one of the best experiences ever!! I have been an AT & T customer for 15 years. Tad was very patient. He was very thorough. I did an upgrade from an I phone 11 to a 14. I understood everything completely. He even set up my I watch. I would definitely recommend his expertise. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again!

Went in today to get an issue fixed and saw Brian. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and through. He never made me feel rushed and was not upset when I had to make a phone call to find out some information. Will defiantly be back to see Brian in the future.

Make an appointment online before going in - you will be much happier because they have a lot of walk-ins. They have always been able to help me solve the issues with my phones and with my bill. If they don’t know the answer, they have been able to give me a phone number to contact the department that is able to help.
I don’t always like what they tell me, but they are always respectful and explain the situation.

Worked with Tad at the Bartlesville location today to turn on my son's old tablet after the new one went for a swim. He was very personable, professional and nice. Despite having alot of people in the store, I was helped very promptly. Got what we needed done and the staff was very helpful.

Hannah was awesome was able to switch from Verizon. Very happy with my new service would recommend anyone who has service anywhere else switch right now AT&T has the best service available in Bartlesville.

We switched from US Cellular to AT&T. Angel was so helpful and nice even though it was an awful experience on the US Cellular side. Angel was so helpful and wonderful to work with!! He definitely went above and beyond what he had to, and we are forever customers!
