Convenient and fairly accessible. Not much more I can say. As far as the beverages, you either love it or hate it. Doesn't seem to be a middle ground.

The best coffee I've had there yet. Just the right amount of everything. My son snuck and drank the rest of mine when I sat it down. Lol.

Just had strawberry lemonade. Service good. Pricey.

The employee was very helpful and friendly. However it did take a while to get my drink.

The drive-thru can be a death trap if you're in a hurry, but otherwise it's usually pretty speedy.

This Starbucks restored my motivation to actually go out and enjoy a sit down and meal. Jennifer, the barista who waited on me was very nice, super friendly and informative about the menu items when I asked about them. The setting is spot on. A perfect place to gather socially or professionally. The establishment is clean, cozy and service is fast. The quality of my drink and meal was outstanding, but it’s the welcoming atmosphere and the curtsy of the employees and their manger that impressed me the most. Will definitely do business with them again!

This location is great! I have gotten to know many staff and my experience has always been top notch. They have helped me on several occasions with drink suggestions and ways to enhance my selection. Super friendly! Shout out to Katelyn for the excellent customer service!

I was just in this Starbucks location yesterday for coffee and a work meeting. This location was very clean and nicely decorated. Service was fast and friendly. Tyria was very patient, helpful and kind!

The girls here are so nice! They had a full line and still provided excellent customer service. Plus I came here another time and mobile ordered a drink and I customized it and hated the drink came in and they made me a new one. It's the simple things! Thanks you guys 🥰

A little bit slow because the baristas are still learning but the baristas were the nicest employees I have experienced at a coffee shop. They made sure our drinks were exactly what we ordered and made it a great experience! If I wasn't just travelling through, I would definitely make this my go to Starbucks stop :)

Gentonia Wilson was absolutely the best front desk person we encountered she helped me and my sister through a very difficult time she made sure we were comfortable at all times. She went above and beyond to help us she was a blessing to us and I will definitely visit again in the future!!

Staff is terrific. At the drive through instead of the usual, "Can I take your order?" I was greeted with, "Hi! I'm Hannah. What's your name?" And THEN Welcome to Starbucks... it was just a nice change.

I didn't get her name but it's the 1st time I feel very welcomed at a Starbucks! Employees in other places are normally not even in the mood to move. My order was as I wanted it and the place inside is a bit loud causs of the blenders and had a laugh with explaining we wanted a brownie lol. Will be back to this location whenever we have the chance to come back to Kentucky!
