On a road trip, our car broke down in your parking lot today.
4 employees pushed our car out of the way and offered to help us, , even offering us free drinks.
While waiting for a tow truck, I can’t tell you how many employees and customers stopped and asked if we needed help.
Big hearts in Kentucky!!!

My girlfriend and I stopped in to grab drinks, a snack, and use the restroom. My girlfriend is in a wheelchair and needs help transferring from her wheelchair to the toilet when she has to use the restroom. The regular bathrooms there are big bathrooms with stalls in them and I would not have been able to go assist her because of this. An employee there instantly spotted the situation without us having to even ask for help. She instantly offered to have one of the showers with a toilet in it opened for us so my girlfriend could use the restroom and have the assistance she needed. That one small act of kindness was a true highlight for us on our road trip. I want to say thank you so much for being kind and helpful to Zelina. You are truly an amazing and caring person. I hope Pilot realizes what a kind and caring employee they have in you. My girlfriend said "her actions made me feel welcome and wanted in a world where I am limited by my mobility".

For what we needed it was great. Restrooms were clean, and there was a lot going on w/ the store food wise so customers have options. There's a McDonald's w/ the store & about 12 pumps for cars. Not sure about the semi areas. Parking seemed to be limited but that may not be much of a factor considering the location. There's also a scanner inside the pilot for customer use, charging cables for phones, and dash attachments for navigation, hats, boxers, advil, etc. Like I said what we needed we found which was just gas, monsters & I needed advil. They had it and it was priced within reason. If we were passing through the area again & needed to stop we'd stop here.

Great place to stop for a quick shower and even a full stop to rest and eat. Place is clean and the bathroom are very private to go do your thing in peace. The prices are ok and the service is good. Get points from your rewards card with purchase of any kinds. The parking is big and comfortable all tho the entrance to the place is a little uncomfortable it still work well how it's set up. To has a Nd Donald and a Subway inside to get an ok meal if your not willing to eat the pizzas and hotdogs.

Good prices on fuel, helpful staff, lots of cool merch, food is hot and good, and the showers are awesome. The shower knob needs to be replaced but I won't deduct anything for that

Very friendly and clean place

I had been driving for 5 hours after eating something that didn't agree with me when my stomach started gurgling and cheeks clinching together when I seen this place. So I swerved in running to the men's room where I was amazed it was clean when my plug blew but it was great because the even had nice soft toilet paper to get me all cleaned up. Definitely a great place to leave a number 2!

Everything is clean and nicely laid out. It has a McDonald's and Subway inside as well as usual pit stop fare. There are showers for truck drivers as well as video games for wasting time waiting for your shower to come available.
Beverage coolers are always stocked with a great variety of options as well as fountain drinks. The gas prices are very good as well.

Good place to stop for gas when entering Kentucky from West Virginia. I’ve been here a number of times and have always been well taken care of. Both the Pilot and McDonalds staff are friendly. Easy in and out service with the pumps. No complaints here.

Very nice place. Beautiful bouquets of flowers in the restrooms and showers. Both were clean and fresh smelling. Picnic tables and benches outside with flowers all around. Nicest one I have ever been to!!!

It was in the right place at the right time. I tell ya'! I needed a pick me up and even though the place was full of sleeping drivers in the way, the other drivers were considerate enough to wait for me to pull on in. And even though the cashier messed up and rung me up as a cash payment, she was apologetic and grateful I made it easy for her. Decent folk that work in these places to deal with all those different personalities that come through. My hat is off to you!

Very nice store I found parking readily available and clean parking lot. The store is not dirty at all and the people are all very friendly. This has been a pleasurable Pilot and I'm sure I will stay here again in the future. I found time to walk and jog around the parking lot while I was staying. The subway was very friendly the McDonald's was very friendly and so was the staff working at the Pilot itself. They have reserved parking available for $12 and also (AT&T) cell phone signal comes in pretty clear and the Wi-Fi if you pay for it is excellent.

I have been using this gas station as my half way on trips visiting back home for nearly 10 years off and on. It has good gas prices, a couple of choices of food and clean bathroom. It does get a little busy but it's worth the crowd.

This is by far, my favorite pit stop on any travel that I do. Usually I wait for gas and food until this point or sometimes I hit it on my way back. The building is spacious and clean. The people are always friendly.

Always love going into Pilot. Great merchandise, food, drink, souvenirs, etc.

I highly recommend this Pilot. I had locked my keys up in my rig and they bent over backwards trying to help me even though they was very busy. Offered me free coffee because it was so cold. The store was very clean and the staff was top of the line. I will stay there again when in the area

We had lost our way a little and stopped here. Incredibly clean (fresh flowers in the ladies room!!) and such friendly and helpful staff. By FAR the best Pilot i've been in. Highly recommend!!

Very impressed. Clean quit and huge field to walk dogs. McDonald's and subway. Not alot of truck spots but I arrived 5pm on a Monday and barely half full. 70ish spots and 10ish imaginary spots. Very impressed. Top 5 of the pilots in KY.

Good location for all your pitstop needs. They've got clean restrooms 2 fast food restaurants (McDonald's and Subway) and plenty of parking.
