Best Dunkin' around! Quick and efficient, and never have I received an incorrect order. Good teamwork

Even living in the area since April, I’ve Consistently been going to the Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for my medium decaf iced coffee and my 4 donuts too for myself and 2 for my daughter. Every single time I have went there, their were no mistakes made, and my iced coffee was right on the money. The workers there actually Are Very Friendly caring about your orders, how it appears, and how fast they can get it out to you. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, thank you so much. Service was extremely fast, and everything accurate. Server was very friendly. We had a long order and she didn’t miss a beat. Spent until 5am at the pet Er so it was so nice for this to go well. Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

I've only ever used the drive thru. But they listen to you requests very well at the ordering speaker. And are always fast. Great group of ladies usually serving up great food and drinks.

The staff is extremely customer oriented. They greet me by name and know my coffee order on the daily! They were short staffed today as the drive thru line was backed up onto rt 9, but thats not the employees' fault that showed up today and worked hard.

I drove a bucket truck for work, which can’t fit through drive thrus. When I first pulled in, I walked to the door and was disappointed the lobby was closed except for online pick up. I went back to my truck to order online when a gentlemen came outside and offered to allow me to order inside, knowing my truck couldn’t fit through the drive thru. They made my order quickly and accurately, and the breakfast helped my day significantly.

The ladies were very nice and quick The mango drink was yummy. The sandwich was delicious. Very clean.

The people at the Dunkin are usually very friendly and they always get the order correct. They are usually pretty busy but seem to keep the line moving very quickly even when it's long.

I went through the drive through in Latham near Sparrowbush road. My sandwich was made nicely and not thrown together as it is in other locations. In fact I will be returning today once my shift is over.

A quick pit stop for a bag of ice. You can't beat the price, $2.00!
