LOVE LOVE LOVE Taichi ❤ Their Taro smoothie is my favorite. Great service, always super clean and just a great vibe all around.

I can't stop ordering bubble tea from here. I've had bubble tea a lot of places but for some reason this place makes me want to drink it all the time.

We ordered a bunch of different variations just to try all the different boba. My go-to is the Thai tea with the usual tapioca so it doesn't change the flavor of the tea. I also got the matcha Zang Zang which was delicious and I got that with tapioca as well. I highly recommend trying the yogurt boba as it tastes like pear when you pop it. My daughter who is younger loves the brown sugar and almond milk zang zang. We also tried a fruit tea which was delicious with some lychee boba.

We actually had a bad experience one of the times because our doordash driver didn't bring any straws when we had it delivered, but I called this place and they kindly called me back. They said they would fix it all and give me free drinks. Totally kind, as I never asked for anything like that. I only asked that they make sure to put straws in the bag for everybody else so they have a good experience. Many people are not as kind with reviews as I am. I had to drive to Walmart and find straws for six or seven teas 🤣

Either way, this place will be a regular weekend event!

This is by far the BEST bubble tea spot in Albany/Latham area. They have a huge variety of flavors and AMAZING drinks. They let you customize the ice and sugar in your drinks, which is a big plus. It’s a family friendly spot, great for hang outs. I definitely recommend going here. The service is TOP notch. Everybody was very friendly and kind, especially Selena, their manager. I’m going back soon!

This store is so cute! I came here for the first time and i am definitely returning. There are so many options for the drinks and the food is delicious. There are vegetarian options if you’re vegan too. It is decorated so nicely and there are plushies if you want one for you, a friend, or your child. The customer service is great too, its such a nice environment!

This place is awesome !! We’ve been waiting for so long to have a place like this in our area. I had a Poke bowl and passion fruit tea with passion fruit boba,both excellent!!. Very affordable prices. The atmosphere and service is great! Very cute decoration . Love everything here!I hope their business is going well!we definitely be back soon!

First time with my gf and some friends. We had a wonderful dinner, the ramen and Teas were delious, friendly staff, fast service. They have sushi and poke bowls. Definitely recommend stopping in. You guys have us both as repeat customers now. Keep up the awesome job. Atmosphere is chilled and relaxed

The inside of the restaurant was very clean and organized.
I only waited for less than 5 min for my boba and bowl. This was probably the best Boba I've had in upstate NY so far! The rice bowl was also delicious. I went for shrimp and chicken as protein choices and both was VERY fresh (no weird old chicken taste if you know what i mean... and the shrimp was not overcooked)
All in all I'm just sad that we live so far away from this place :D

This place is hidden gem. The atmosphere is like a Pinterest board. It’s so adorable and aesthetically pleasing. But that’s not why I love it. The food is delicious. I came for the bobba smoothie, mango, delicious. But the chicken bowl with rice and corn was so fresh. Amazing.

this place is in my top 3 of bubble tea spots EVER. I'm a boba addict. This place will fulfill my boba craving every day. and the FOOD is a plus 3000. love, love, love! AND the customer service is amazing. most of these places don't have that, and the boba is what makes people come back, but taichi being taichi is what makes people come back.

Wow, this place is a gem. My family and I came hungry, and we left stuffed and satisfied.
The food was great. Bowls and ramen are large, just like in a ramen shop. Very tasty, and lots of options. Boxes are smaller, so bento sized.
This was my first experience with boba teas. I had to look up the types of boba, so I knew what I was even picking. For the uninitiated: regular is tapioca(solid/squishy), flavored boba is the popping kind with juice in it, and jelly is a gelatin type.
Staff was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and organized. Prices are very fair. Self service ordering kiosks are a big plus for us, though you can go to the counter too. You can also order online as well. All around great experience, and we will be back.

I had ordered the spicy tonkatsu with pork. My coworker talked it up so I had to try. It was so good and the meat was amazing. The egg was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I could have used a little bit more spice but it wasn't completely off.

I had the brown sugar milk tea with boba. The Boba was little chewy, so it could have been cooked a bit more but it was so creamy and good I could have easily overlooked it.

First time for a visit and it did not disappoint!! The portions on the ramen are huge and delicious. Highly recommend and will be back!

The tonkotsu and pork belly is consistently delicious - so savory, so filling, so highly recommended!! The bubble teas are the freshest I've had in this area.

One of my favorite places in the area. The bubble tea is flawless. I have had their Ramen and their eel bowl and they're very good! I hope one day they will consider a 2nd location in the Saratoga area! Not many bubble tea places up here.

The spicy pork Tonkatsu ramen is 👏 🙀 😮 amazing! I go for two extra eggs and extra pork, because why not? It's a great meal at a reasonable price. The teas are always on point, I love the lemon series 😍 ! The staff is always attentive and wonderful to deal with. I've never had a bad experience here since it's opened.

The inside of this place is so cute and fresh at the same time. This is where we always go for boba and it never disappoints! Their ramen is amazing too.
