Very fast service! Drive thru line goes so fast and food is basically always ready for you when you get to the window. Friendly staff and almost always perfect order. Wish they had healthier options too…

Staff is always friendly and orders have never been wrong in my personal experiences.

I don't usually eat fast food. But today I came to the drive through before the light show, I asked for hot fries and I got hot fries thank you guys so much.

The food was good. Staff was uninterested, but I don't blame them for that. I ordered several items, and everything was right. Price is reasonable.

Good employees fast friendly and hot food

Very kind and friendly staff, I made a mistake looking at my receipt thinking I got over charged and it was completely my fault and now I feel terrible. So if you go here make sure you double check the thing your going to complain about.

Very friendly Cashier was nice and very helpful

I had just left the ER with my 2 year old it was late but I promised him French fries there was a little bit of a wait but i knew they were close to closing so not a big deal at all! When I got to the window to pay the sweet girl at the window told me not to worry about it that his happy meal was on them for the wait that little gesture just meant so much in that moment she had no idea what kind of night i was having and i wish i had her name so i could thank her on here but anyway it was very much appreciated!

The staff were very accommodating despite it being dinner rush. Very satisfied with our experience.

This McDonald's has clean surfaces and fast service, but I had an extra reason to be pleased. I forgot my bag here, and when I realized and called them in a panic, I learned an honest & eagle-eyed employee had already tucked it safely away for me.

they're always really fast they may be busy a lot but they go fast when they make their food get it out when it's ready and I have never had cold food when I eat there and the best thing is a mocha frappe I go there every day for one of those and they are very friendly and know me by name

This was the first time I have been to this McDonalds. Got a Big Mac meal, and would you believe it? It looked exactly like it did in the picture! To boot, this was honestly the best Big Mac I have ever eaten. Whoever was working the kitchen, kudos to you. You take pride in your work and it shows.

Definitely the best location. Much better than the other Festus location. I live 2 minutes from the Gannon location, but drive 5 minutes out of my way to go to this location.

No joke, this is the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to in my life! Don't worry if there is a line wrapped around the building because you'll be checking out in no time, trust me!

Hot and fresh and ready to eat this is always awesome in a time when lines are long and attitudes are even longer. The food was hot and fresh and ready to go. Now that is Superior Service.
