As a devoted pet owner of 5 dogs, I have found PetSmart to be a reliable and convenient destination for all my furry friend's needs. The store offers a wide range of pet supplies, from quality food to toys and accessories, making it a one-stop shop for everything you may require.

One aspect that stands out about PetSmart is the level of service they provide. The staff members have been somewhat knowledgeable, very friendly, and ready to assist with any questions or concerns I may have had. Their expertise has been invaluable in guiding me towards the right products for my pets.

While the overall experience at PetSmart has been positive, it is worth noting that some of their prices can be on the higher side. However, this is something I have come to expect when shopping at specialty stores like PetSmart. The convenience and variety of products available justify the slightly inflated costs.

In comparison to other pet stores, PetSmart feels like a comprehensive haven for pets. Sorta like a gas station metaphorically speaking as in convenience for pets, and it’s right in town. They not only offer the essentials but also provide grooming services and even adoption events sometimes, It truly feels like a pet-centric community, and I appreciate the effort they put into creating a one-of-a-kind experience.

In conclusion, PetSmart is a go-to destination for pet owners looking for a wide selection of products and services. While the prices may be a bit steep, the convenience and quality make it a worthwhile choice for those who prioritize their pet's well-being.

Very nice store. This was my first time being in there. But it was clean and the employees were very nice the day I went in. I was looking for a cat collar and bought one but the part that you snap together was very easy to pull apart. So I decided to take it back and get my cat a different one. But their prices for the most part seemed fair. And they also had some pretty cute kitties if your looking for one. And the return process went very smooth.. the employees were nice and helpful if you have a question.

I was there on 9 November 2023. I’ve had previous bad experiences but I thought I’d give it another shot with nail trim. They did an amazing job very sweet and I’ll definitely be taking poody back. I totally forgot the ladies names but I will be back.

Taylor in grooming did an amazing job on my girl Mia! She smells so good, is so soft and her nails are short how I like! I think my pup found her person for grooms!!

the guy staff is the best staff i have ever had help me! i don’t know his name but he helped me with the fish today! he’s very helpful and caring. he’s the one with the tarantulas as pets! he deserves a raise!

We got some cory catfish and African dwarf frogs and we love them!

They were really nice and I was able to find a dog collar and a dollar Kyler and dog harness for my pet they where very nice

The store is on the smaller side but has a good selection. The staff was helpful and the store is clean

I am always happy to visit this store. You have an amazing staff member, Peyton, super friendly and is very knowledgeable. You should have more employees like her. She makes it worthwhile regardless of the price. This kind of customer service is bar none, the best.

I went for my first time today with my new puppy. I was so overwhelmed at first, but the employees greeted me and helped me get the right products for my puppy. The products are high quality and they loved on my puppy and gave me amazing customer service. I will definitely be a lifelong customer, and can't wait to take my fur baby back there!
