I have been getting my hair done by Erin B. for over 2 years. She is a very kind, caring, and passionate person. She always has a very thorough consultation with me each time I go in and is very transparent about what is best for my hair. Erin always makes me feel amazing after I leave the salon. I have had bad experiences at salons before but Erin makes sure that everything is done perfectly and precisely when it comes to my color and cut. I always get a balayage/highlights and a haircut with her, she never disappoints.

Leah is a very skillful stylist , I go to her myself & I recently brought my 11 year old daughter in for a hair cut ! I can’t say anything bad ! I can’t wait to come back for color .

I love my hair stylist Leah and this new Ulta! I've known Leah for many years but only recently started going to her for my hair and she's the best. She takes her time and always answers all my questions. Even when I'm unsure about something she reassures me that she knows what she's doing and it'll look great. She never lets me down because it always comes out looking great! Everyone else was so friendly as well and helped me with anything I needed! I highly recommend going here!!

I just got my hair cut with Leah today off the recommendations from my mom and sister who have gone to her multiple times and WOW! I am SO happy with my hair! She really took the time to understand what I wanted and was so gentle the whole time. Leah is also very knowledgeable about hair and good hair products, she truly is so AMAZING!

The first time I came to Casey at Ulta in Chester I had no idea what to expect, but when I arrived I was greeted very warmly by her. Before she cut my hair she gave me a great conditioning treatment and when she was done cutting and styling my hair it felt the healthiest it had been in over a year. I wound up having such a good time that I booked another appointment! Truly a pleasant experience and I highly recommend her and Ulta in Chester in general!

I had my hair done by Leah and I absolutely love it! She gave me a great cut and a beautiful balayage color and I couldn’t be happier. She is so nice, professional and she listens. Leah gave me exactly what I wanted. This was also my first time at this location and it was well laid out and very clean. Overall a great experience!

I just had my hair done by Leah at the Ulta Salon, she is absolutely wonderful! I am in love with my hair makeover! She does such a great job! The salon is so clean. They are definitely following all Covid protocols. I also loved shopping at store it was so clean and organized, definitely a great experience! A+++

Had a partial highlight with Leah at Chester store. She did a beautiful job, very natural looking. I left everything to her. I just let her know I was looking for a warmer highlight for the cooler months instead of a beach blonde highlight. Leah explained what she was planning. She delivered! Leah is very professional, listens and is so nice. Plus the salon & store is so clean.. Also she is known as the hair Dr. 😃. . I’ll be back for sure! Also she directed me to the brow bar when I inquired about my brows. She sent me to the right person and I got some great brow products. 😃

Leah is absolutely amazing! She does an amazing job on my hair every single time and is extremely professional and knowledgeable in what she does. She knows exactly what I want even when I don’t know how to explain it properly. The salon itself is a beautiful and relaxing environment that makes you excited to treat yourself and sit back and watch your hair transform. Highly recommend this salon and Leah to everyone!

Casey has been cutting my hair for years and I couldn't be happier. She knows just what to do when I want to change my style, is very accommodating, friendly and professional. I have sent many other people her way and she really knows how to give people what they are looking for! Is an all around great person too. Highly recommend her services!

I had the most wonderful experience at Ulta in Chester, NJ. It's a newer store and I had not been in there before, but I will never go anywhere else! I walked in just wanting to update some of the make up I use and there were four girls who came to my aid. They gave me their full attention and gave me great recommendations for what I was looking for. Emily, Kali, Kylie, and Katlee are an amazing team, this store is lucky to have each of them! After waiting almost 6 months to get my “Covid” hair done, couldn’t be happier with the results! Go see Leah! The best stylist ever! Never without a smile on her face! So calm and a total professional! No one else could have brought me back from my brassy, Covid hair, to my icy, creamy blonde! Thank you Leah! Will be back to see you again and again!!!

I got my hair done by Casey and I absolutely love it!!! I would highly recommend her, she pays attention to detail and gave me exactly what I asked for. Since it was my first time in a salon since covid I was a little apprehensive but the salon was kept very clean and I felt totally safe and comfortable! Overall a great experience!

I came to Leah to do a drastic change from platinum blonde to red! She blew it out of the park! She is so good with color and haircuts, she knows exactly what will look good and will get me my desired tone. She’s just awesome!

I just got an awesome cut by Casey at the Chester Ulta, she is amazing with a razor!!! Right when I arrived she gave me a different mask to better cut my hair with and the whole area felt super clean and COVID-safe!

I was immediately greeted upon entering and the young lady knew exactly what I was looking for and took me where I needed to go. Upon checking out, salesgirl was very kind and patient as I couldn't find my coupon. Maybe next time, but she still was very patient while I tried to find it.

This store is new, and it is beautiful! It is sooo clean and the staff are sooo friendly!! I got my hair done here recently with Leah, and she was amazing!! I would recommend everyone check out the store and the salon!! So glad they opened this store!
